Regret

Regret a feeling of sadness repentance or disappointment. To say I was feeling regret would be a fucking lie I was on cloud fucking nine. That man's dick game crazy.

Unfortunately I woke up alone dressed in a plain shirt and covered in a warm blanket. Joshua had gone.

Probably to see his girlfriend. That lucky bitch she gets the privilege to be fucked like that and to wake up next to him what a bitch.

Currently I was in my last class of the day which was Marketing 408. In my freshman and sophomore year I had taken summer classes so I can graduate early senior year. Now this year I only take three classes for this semester then I'm finished with my studies in marketing and management.

My dad owns a advertising company that once I'm graduated I'll take over. Life is pretty set aside from that I have my own restaurant that my dad bought for me when I was eight I told him that year that I wanted to be a chef and he compromised by buying the restaurant so I would still take over his business.

"Natalia, I still can't believe you"

"Shhh be quiet the group is coming." I hushed my best friend Anaja.

"Hi guys y'all still coming over to mine for dinner? I inquired happily.

Gina, Anaja, Joshua, Derwin, Andrew, Keke and that bitch Tammy all agreed.

"Oh Tammy you're coming? I didn't know I'll have to get so more supplies hope you love Italian." I smirked as I side eyed a calm Joshua.

"Of course it's one of my faves." She yelped giggling with her stupid laugh.

I rolled my eyes and turned away from her. "Okay see you all at eight and I hope you know the attire please don't show looking homeless Tammy." I scoffed.

"Watch it Natalia." Joshua eyed slightly annoyed.

"What? I'm just telling her the dress code." I said skipping away happily.

Anaja caught up with me. "Could you be more obvious?" She laughed I shrugged I don't care about that bitch feelings.

Since there was going to be a big dinner I decided to have the dinner at my mom's cabin home. "Anaja the decorations look wonderful!" I gushed as she blushed. Anaja was currently on her way to being an interior decorator. She had loved decorating since she was 10.

"Finish getting ready I'll let everyone in."Anaja smiled. I ran upstairs to shower and do my makeup and hair.

I could hear people entering my home as I was putting my lashes on. I decided to be extra and bougie and show up with I nice lacy white over coat.

"The queen has arrived." I announce once I reached the living room area where my friends all congregated.

Everyone made sure to dress to the nines. Especially Joshua. I smiled sweetly as I noticed Tammy was only dressed in jeans and a tshirt.

"Is there any reason you chose not to abide by the dress code.?" I asked lightly glaring at the out of place bitch.

"Honestly I thought it was a little bit too much to be dressed up for a dinner." She scoffed.

I smiled to myself looking at Joshua as he gulped.

"Let's go eat before the food is cold." Anaja spoke breaking the intense moment that was soon about to happen.

We all filed into the dinning hall. I removed my coat and placed it in the coat rack. The coat revealed a very revealing pink dress.

I could feel the hungry eyes of Joshua as I swayed into the dinning hall.

"Before we start I want to thank everyone for coming. I just feel like sometimes we should celebrate ourselves and our hard work by getting dressed nice and being served. To celebrate success. Most of you look wonderful and I hope you all enjoy everything I prepared remember I'll always be rooting for you all and this dinner is a remembrance of my support and love for my friends." I say wholeheartedly.

"We love you girl! Mr. Preacha man say grace." Keke added causing everyone including me to laugh at her silliness.

Derwin then lead us in a prayer over the meal and over each person. Once he finished the servers brought out our food and severed us drinks.

Everyone began to feast on the many different Italian dishes I prepared.

"The food is wonderful. You are a gift in the kitchen!" Tammy stated.

"Thank you I do my best."

"Really I wish you could teach me I can't even boil water." Tammy said causing people to laugh.

"How unfortunate this must be your first good meal Joshua." I said giving a small look of pity.

"It's fine I can just visit your restaurant when I'm hungry." He chuckled.

"Don't we all though." Derwin added causing all three guys to laugh.

"I don't know what I'd do without Natalia because ramen everyday is not the mood." Andrew added. Andrew was an engineering major he worked part time in my restaurant to fund his car detailing business. He'll have his bills paid off in a month with the bonus he doesn't know I'm giving him.

"Yeah if I didn't have her fat headed ass to test hairstyles on I would cry." Gina joked.

"Look let's not start the head jokes." I laughed. Everyone joined in cracking joke on each other while we all sipped wine.

I could tell Tammy was feeling out of place. Yeah bitch you don't belong here. Especially the way you're sitting next to my man. My dear sweet love. Joshua is just going through a phase by dating her so I have to do the same.

After dinner we decided to eat dessert in the living room. The servers cleaned the dining area and served dessert before collecting their pay and leaving.

"Guys we should play truth or dare." Gina

"Okay I'm down." Andrew chimed in.

We all go in a circle and began playing the game.

"Okay my turn, Natalia truth or dare?"Tammy questioned.

I smirked. "Dare."

She grinned. "I dare you to kiss Derwin."

Me and Derwin busted out into laughter. "You do know he's my cousin along with Andrew? Or do you find incest sexy?" I teased.

She blushed embarrassed. "Well I'll give you a truth question then."

"Go ahead." I sipped on my wine as I waited for her response.

"Would you ever kiss a girl?"

"Of course I would, I do it all the time." I shrugged.

The game continued on and everyone was getting tired. "You all know the drill I don't care if you can drive your all staying in a guest room." I ordered as I locked up the house.

They all went upstairs to find a place to sleep for the night. I had headed to my room.

"What are you doing in here?" I questioned as Joshua sat on my bed.

"Look what happened last night can never happen again." He said before storming out.
