Before you admit your story, I must warn you that I will not create covers for stories that have less than five chapters ( with the exemption of short stories ), as I do not want to constantly put effort into covers that eventually will not be used. When you fill in your 'form', be aware that I will check whether this is the case - and I won't take your form into consideration until you do publish five chapters and fill in this form again.
Do not ask me to make multiple covers for the same author at once. I will not take these forms into consideration.
You must also be comfortable with sharing your (personal) email address, as I will send the file to you via email.
Please fill in the following:
1. Title of your story
2. Author of the story
3. Subtitle (optional)
4. Genre of the story
5. Short Summary (max. 100 words)
6. Ideas for the cover: Do you want me to have creative freedom or are there certain elements that need to be included in the cover?
If you want certain people to be on your cover (for example, when you're writing a fanfiction) I can not guarantee you that it will look good - as the type of covers I make are usually more cartoony in style. I will still take your form and ideas into consideration if you do want a real life person on your cover - but maybe look at other cover shops first before you fill your form in here, as other people may have more experience than me.
You can either directly DM me or fill your form in the comments. DO NOT PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE COMMENTS - DO NOT DM ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO DO SO.
If I want to make your cover, I will directly message you that you will be put on the waiting list. Again, do not send me your email address as soon as you fill in the form - I will ask you to send me it when I have finished your cover.
