Chapter 8 Lions

Looking at the clock which read 3:00 am Drew sat rethinking the plan. He was in the study of the Heng'e mansion . The room smelled of old books and sex, something about it made him hard again. Spread out on the huge red rug in front of the fire place he laid missing the company of his wife. It had been so long since the last time they saw each other and so much has changed . He reached over to the empty space next to him ,Veve was in the shower washing their ecstasy off her skin and Drew was seriously contemplating joining her, but Dre hadn't called yet. He keep glancing at his phone wondering what was taking him so long. It had been ten minutes since Dre was supposed to call for an update on things. Knowing his brother knew of his OCD about punctuality Dre wouldn't play about something like that, he was crazy not stupid. Which meant only one thing....

"Something happened " Drew whispered to himself, grabbing his keys and heading for the door.

Walking pass the sofa that took up most of the room, Drew reached the door Ale walked out earlier. Twisting the door knob, a wet hand slid across his neck.

"So you're just gonna leave me again" Veve said playfully standing naked behind him. He hadn't even heard her get out the shower. She stood there naked, water still dripping from her sun kissed skin and dark brown wavy hair that came down to her back dimples. Looking at her playful grey eyes he knew she was as beautiful as she was deadly.

"No, Dre hasn't called yet....I'm starting to think something happened"

" Then let's go " veve bound out the door before Drew walking in the opposite direction of the main entrance, heading down the left wing of the mansion. The entire place was designed like some kind of french-asian royal summer house inlaid with red and gold embroidery everywhere. Chandeliers hung from ceiling every couple of yards. The house screamed money.

"You do know your naked while you storming out the room fast what if someone sees you?"Drew asked eyes glued to Veve's naked bouncing ass.

"If we're going to go handle something your brother couldn't deal with I need a few things, plus I know you like the view." She turn and wink at Drew before entering the room on the right." Man watever and hurry up" .

Entering the dark room. He searched for Veve or a light switch which ever came first. " You still didn't answer my question "

"What question?"He could hear the smile on her lips she thought it was funny. Still moving through the dark room he followed her voice." What if someone see's us? I doubt they will let their blasian princess go". He knew calling her his little nickname he used when they were younger would infuriate her. "The servants don't walk the halls at this time of hour".

"Got you" Drew jumped out in the dark tripping over a bag he couldn't see. "Fuck"
Drew busted his ass on the floor but not before Veve could quickly pin him down mid fall, turning on the lights that had been so hard for drew to find.

"Hi there " veve stated as she position herself to mount drew. Eying her body in the tight fitting body suit, Drew instantly got aroused. "Well hello, we didn't have to go down the hall if you wanted to get freaky".
Veve dismounted, throwing her hair over her shoulder as she did. "Boy shut up come grab this bag that you tripped over".

Finally noticing what he had trip over in the dark . "What the hell do you need all this for" the bag was stuffed with handguns, rifles, small explosives and one rose gold sniper with "V" on the side.

"Really"

Veve was standing holding throwing knives, while chewing her lip. Drew thought she would look so childish if she wasn't about to set it off. Wasting no time Drew headed out the room towards the garage. Opening the driver's door to a all black Escalade Drew saw Veve in the seat waiting, although he thought he left her in the room.
