Namjoon walked through
the pathway made of gravel,
his steps creating minacious echo
through the empty
streets of Itaewon.

Life had been hard for him, lately—to people, he was just a spoiled young man who likes to spend his money on useless things—but that of course, was a false statement.

He was not a spoiled brat, not someone who would pay to have sex with prostitutes, not someone who would argue with their parents for useless tantrums,
not someone who would show hostility to paupers—no.

He was not one of them.

Even though he had 2 cousins, Min Jennie and Min Agust,he was quite an introvert. Instead of conversing with people or going out on a sunny , parky day, he would rather prefer to stay inside—all alone and read novels—his favourite hobby.

His cousins used to travell around the world—France, Brazil, Argentina, The States—you name it. Well, of course, their parents, being famous entrepreneurs were busy and needed to travel
globalwide, for business. Namjoon didn't complain though—he still remembered how he used to read books that were usually higher of knowledge that kids of his age knew. He was born ingenuous, clever yet original and inventive at the same time. With an IQ of 148, and such a sharp mind—the son of Kim Hyun-Woo had innumerable girls
revolving around him like the earth around the sun.

But of course—he had no grasp on how to talk and initiate in a conversation with a lass. But being a young lad with no sexual experience, he did experience some *cough* incidents which would often lead to the rise of something.

But moving on from that—uhm—topic, Namjoon was not interested in girls—rather, he was working more on making his father proud of him.

While walking through the street of Itaewon, he spotted a book-store, and decided to make his way there, not forgetting to conceal his face. The door opened, making a tingling sound, as he rushed over to the shelves—rummaging through the sundry books to search his type.

Action & Adventure, Comic Books, Mystery, Fantasy, Sci-fi and—oh! Here it is. Historical Fiction, his favourite genre.

Taking one book from the shelf, his eyes moved to the raven, haired girl, a few metres away from him. He saw how her slender fingers gripped the Romance Book firmly, and slowly but steadily inserted in her bag.

Her heart shaped lips
were tucked in between her pearly white teeth—visibly nervous.

Him, on the other hand, was flattered by her beauty. How can a person be this beautiful? Her doe eyes, heart shaped lips, and petite figure—he would describe her with one word.

Flawless.

Snapping out of his daydream,
he faced the girl and grabbed her wrists, her milky white skin
making contact
with his skin.

The girl looked up to him, eyes wide.

Stealing is a bad thing, you know?”
