"hush it'll be fine my parents will love you," Cedric said looking at me threw the bathroom mirror.

we were currently getting ready for dinner with his parents.

I walked out of the bathroom into our bedroom. I went over to the walk-in closet and picked out a simple outfit, which consisted of a pair of simple black legging, a white t-shirt and one of Cedric's red and black plaid flannels.

"ooo damn baby you look hot," Cedric said standing in the doorway of the closet.

"and so do you," I said looking him up and down. he was only in sweat pants. "butttt you should get ready" I said pushing him into the closet.

once we were finished getting ready we started making our way to cedrics car.

"Cedric I'm so nervous," I said as we started driving

all of a sudden a loud ringing sound filled the car.. we both looked at each other than at the stereo screen

"you're an hour late are you guys okay!?" she asked

"um yes just lost track of time" cedric nervously chuckled

"okay hunny see you soon" I could just hear her smile... if only she knew I just rode her son in the back of his car and now we're late for dinner

"YOU WHAT!" I heard her scream.. then the line went dead

"oh shit I said that out loud.. heh" I chucked

also, call me stupid but does Cedric have a mom, I don't recall ever hearing about her unless shes mentioned in the books (I haven't read them)
