[16] Meeting again part 1

Akaashi had told his friends about what Bokuto had said. HInata agreed excitedly and so did Oikawa. Yamaguchi looked a bit worried and Kenma looked like he didn't want to go.

"Please guyss! I'm sure It'll be fun!" Hinata pleaded with them. Kenma agreed after that. Yamaguchi was still a bit unsure but then he remembered how fun it was to listen too Tsukishima's ramblings about dinosaurs, and he agreed as well.

A day later, the group was standing in front of a restaurant that Bokuto had told Akaashi to go too. Akaashi was standing calmly and Hinata was looking around energetically, for the other group. Oikawa was making sure he looked perfect, Yamaguchi was fumbling with his fingers while Kenma was playing with his Nintendo switch which he for some reason decided to bring out to lunch with him.

"HEY HEY HEYY." someone shouted.

The group turned to see another group of boys walking towards them. "Hey guys!" Hinata shouted happily. The others exchanged their greetings as well

"Shall we go?" Everyone agreed.

The group went inside the restaurant and took a seat in front of a long table that had been reserved for them.

Two waiters went up to them and took their order. Both of them had identical faces. The only difference between them was the color of their hair. One was blonde while the other had gray hair(I love them btw🥺💕).

The blonde one, who on his name tag said 'Atsumu', smiled at them and chatted with them a little about the food before the gray-haired one, who had a name tag that said 'Osamu' dragged his brother away saying that they should get back to work.

Their food arrived a few minutes later, with the same twins from before along with another boy, with dark brown slightly-combed down hair, that had a name tag that said 'Suna'.

The group started chatting in pairs while eating their food.

"Isn't this good Akaashi?!" Bokuto said happily while munching his pasta.

Akaashi nodded in agreement. "It is really good."

"Hey Akaashi, In one of your instagram posts I saw that you had an owl!" Bokuto said.

"Yes, I got him about two and a half years ago. His name is Levi."

"COOL! Can I meet him?" Bokuto asked excitedly.

"Sure, we can schedule another meet up sometime." Akaashi replied.

"Yayyy!" Bokuto said happily. Then suddenly he frowned. "Hey Akaashi am I annoying?" he asked with a droopy look.

Akaashi raised his eyebrows in surprise. "Of course not. Why did you suddenly think of that?"

"Because someone said that I was annoying and too loud at school today." Bokuto said sadly. "And I shout a lot too.'

Akaashi nodded in realization. "I see, but being loud isn't bad. Its the same as being too quiet isn't bad either. Some people may find it annoying but a lot of people find it comfortable."

"Really?" Bokuto asked, perking up.

Akaashi nodded. Bokuto beamed at him. His heart started beating fast, and he didn't know why.

"Are you okay Bokuto-san?" Akaashi asked when Bokuto stared at him with a goofy face for quite some time.

"Oh yeah OF COURSE!" Bokuto said happily before moving on to talk about volleyball.

Akaashi smiled, feeling comfort as the boy across of him chatted loudly.

"What are you playing kitten?" Kuroo asked Kenma who was playing his switch rather than eating.

"A game." Kenma said shortly.

Kuroo sweat dropped. He took his fork and poked into a piece of meat. "You should eat too you know kitten, here, try one it's really good." Kuroo said.

Kenma looked at Kuroo's fork that was right in front of him. He took a nibble before using his teeth to drag the piece of meat from the fork and into his mouth. Kuroo felt his heart thump loudly at the cuteness of the boy in front of him.

'How can someone be this cute?' Kuroo screamed internally.

Kenma looked shyly at the boy across of him. "Its not bad I guess." he said in his soft, adorable voice.

"Right? Now eat more, I wouldn't want my kitten to starve." Kuroo said, placing some food on Kenma's plate.

Kenma nodded, feeling a bit more comfortable in the presence of the boy in front of him.

Kenma decided to put his Nintendo away(ikr impossible but this is a fanfic so anything is allowed😌) for once and eat the food in front of him.

Kuroo started talking about cats and how Kenma would look cute in a cat costume, Kenma asked why he like cats more than roosters, which suit him more which made Kuroo gasp.

"Kenmaaa I obviously have to be a cat because you're a kitten, after all cats and kittens suit better than kittens and roosters." Kuroo exclaimed. "Plus cats are adorable like you."

Kenma turned pink. "Stop it baka." Kenma said softly, looking away. A sight that was too cute for this world.

Kuroo started fangirling again.
