Sunday night I got no sleep I couldn't help thinking about Georgia and if Elizabeth had visited her since the accident.
Monday morning I met Jay and Hannah going into school.
"So when are we going to sneak into the office to get the file?" Asked Hannah.
"Lunch. But we will have to be fast, it has to be around 12:10 because that's when Miss Stephens leaves it to go get her lunch." Jay organised. The bell rang for lesson. I had math and when I walked in the class had a new teacher called Mr Bennett and he had organised a seating plan.
"...John next to Natalie...Christina next to Hudson...James next to Becky...Violet next to Elizabeth..." Just then I butted in.
"Sir actually I can't sit there I get bad... allergies so I have to sit next to the window."
"Well if that's the case James and Becky switch places with Violet and Elizabeth. There happy now?" Sir sarcastically added on. I didn't want to talk to Elizabeth even though what she did was an accident it still gave me the chills.
"I don't bite you know." Elizabeth whispered trying to not get caught for talking.
"Excuse me?" I replied
"You were trying to get moved away from me."
"What...no I was serious about the allergy thing." I said trying to make it sound real but failing.
"I'm Elizabeth. Even though you probably know that as we're in a few classes together."
"Yeah, yeah I know, from the classes obviously, where else would I know you're name from?" I laughed awkwardly.
"Well I guess we will be seeing a lot of each other being math partners and all. So we'll be getting to know more about each other." Elizabeth told me.
"We will be. It would be good to know more about you, because I don't know a thing at the moment." I did another awkward laugh again.
"Silence!" Sir obeyed. We didn't speak the rest of the lesson. When lunch eventually came I met Jay and Hannah around the corner from the office we waited for Miss Stephens to leave the office so we could sneak in.
"She is taking forever." Hannah moaned. Just as Hannah said that Miss Stephens left and we ran in as fast as possible. Hannah was on guard. Jay
opened a draw and started searching while I searched through another file. "Yes. I've found it." Jay emphasised. We laid it out on the desk and I quickly took a photo of it and got out as fast as possible.
"Thank god. I started worrying she was going to come back." Hannah said relieved.
"I took a picture of it." I told.
"After school meet at my car and we will drive to Georgina's." Jay planned.
We agreed and continued the day. After school we got in Jay's car and after a few wrong turns we finally got to Elizabeth's.
"Which ones Georgina's?" I asked.
"Well the diary said 9 doors down so I'm guessing number 41 if I'm right." Jay replied as he concreted on the door numbers. When we drove up to number 41 we all got out of the car.
"Wait. What are we going to tell her? I mean she has no clue who we are." Hannah stopped us.
"I guess we're going to have to get her the truth." Jay stuttered. We approached the door and rang the door bell. A woman who looked in her early 70's answered the door.
"Hello. how can I help you?"
"We're looking for Georgina we would like to talk with her." I answered.
"Of coarse you can. Come in, come in. I'm sorry it's a mess we wasn't expecting visitors today." She announced as she walked us to Georgina's bedroom. Georgina was in her wheelchair on her computer.
"Georgina you've got visitors." The lady told Georgina. "I'll leave you to it." The woman said as she left closing the door behind her.
"Who the hell are you?" Georgina asked.
"Hi sorry this probably seems really weird but we came across you in a girls diary her name is Elizabeth." I explained
"She means Liv, her names Liv not Elizabeth but she changed her identity and now refers to herself as Elizabeth." Jay butted in.
"I haven't seen her in years this is crazy." Georgina worriedly said.
"We know why your in the wheel chair. There was a fire wasn't there?" Hannah added.
"How do you know this?" Georgina panicked.
"We'll start from the beginning and explain if all." I told her. We told Georgina everything even the bit that it was her two best friends who put her in a wheel chair.
"I can't believe this. I'm shocked. That's why they left me and stopped speaking to me. I've been thinking It was because I can't walk the past years." Georgina said in Distraught.
"I'm really sorry. We just thought you should of known." Hannah apologised.
"I just don't know what to say" Georgina stared out of the window and continued "They didn't just paralyse me they ruined my life, I'm half deft and I can't remember a lot about my childhood thought I remember the fire and since then just not much about being a child, but I never forgot and won't ever forget Liv and Elizabeth." Georgina spoke out hurt.
"What are we supposed to do from here about the situation." Hannah whispered asking me and Jay.
"You find the real Elizabeth and you threaten her tell her say she can't blame it all on Elizabeth because Georgina knows what you did and there's proof in Liv's diary and if she does she isn't going like what's coming for her. Find her, please." Georgina begged.
"We will try." I replied.
