Sword Art Online Journeys

The beginning

Once we were locked in, we made our characters as we then got teleported to the first floor in the town of beginnings. We all met up with each other as I smiled. While Aloe and Jak had made their characters normally, I made my character with fox ears and a fox tail, Kitten made a character with cat ears and a cat tail.

"This is so awesome! I was definitely not expecting this!" I shouted in excitement."We should probably go get some items before we do anything else" Jak said as we all nodded. "Yeah, let's meet up back here once we are ready" I said as we all nodded and split up. We all went in separate directions but then we all met back at the start and were ready. "Alright, what did everyone get? I got myself a rapier" I said as I looked at everyone else. "I got a sword and shield" Aloe said as they looked confident in his choice as we all laughed a bit. I smiled and nodded, looking at the other two. "I got a blade disk" Kitten said with a smile on his face. "Nice" I said as I smiled more. "I got a gun sword" Jak said as he laughed maniacally.

I kinda sweat as I hear this and smile. "Alright then" I said as I see someone with short black hair already making there way out of the town. "Should we see if that person can help us with fighting real quick?" I ask as everyone nods and I smile. "Alright, let's go" I say as we ran after the guy.

Meanwhile, a pink hair guy saw us and started running after us as well to try and catch up. "Heeeeeeeeey!" Aloe yelled as the guy and stopped as he turned around and he looked at all of us. "What's up with all of you?" He asked as he looked at us. "You act like you know your way around here. You were in the beta test, weren't ya?" The guy with pink hair asked. "Uh, yeah" the other guy said as my jaw dropped. "No way, I honestly wasn't expecting that at all" I say as my jaw dropped

Aloe's POV

"Alright, that's enough out of you, weeb" I said as I dragged Bree away as she was probably way too hype for this. 'Why are you so fascinated by this game' Aloe thought as they just shook their head

Kitten's POV

I watched Aloe drag Bree to the back with the others as I sighed and looked at the male. "Well, we were wondering if you could possibly teach us a few things" I said as I looked at the guy that was a beta tester. "I don't know" he said as he looked at us. "Please, I am begging you. Look, my name is Klein" Klein said as the other guy sighed. "And what is your names?" He asked as he looked at us. "Well, I am known as Kitten." He points at Jak "That is Jak." He then points at Bree and Aloe. "And that is Bree and Aloe" Kitten said as the guy smiled. "Alright, i'm Kirito" Kirito smiled.

Bree's POV

After quite a bit of training with Kirito, it was starting to turn dark. "We should probably get going, it is getting rather late and I am kinda getting hungry" I say as I sigh. "Yeah and I got a pizza coming in for 5:30" Klein said as we smiled. Klein tried logging out until he asked, "Where did the log out button go." My eyes widen as I try checking for the log out button. "Oh no..." I say as I look at everyone else to see them checking for the log out button. Klein noticed what time it was and started freaking out.

After talking for a bit about what may be going on until suddenly we heard a bell going off as we then got suddenly teleported back to the town of beginnings plaza. When the bell stopped ringing the sky had a warning symbol and someone appeared in the sky. They then started welcoming us to their world and explaining how they were Akihiko Kayaba. Me and the others kept listening and we all heard that the log out button was not there not because of a deffect and that it was designed that way. What we weren't expecting was to hear that we can't log out or have someone take the NerveGear off or else we would wind up dead.

Then he stated that there was a present for everyone as we all checked out our inventories to see a mirror. As soon as we grabbed it from our inventories we started glowing as our appearances changed. As Kirito and Klein talked amongst themselves about how they looked different, I looked at the mirror again as I still saw the fox ears and looked at the others as I saw the others with the same animal ears and tails. "Why didn't these vanish" Kitten asked confused. "Maybe it was a deffect, who knows really?" I say as I shrug it off as I smile.

After he finished explaining everything the figure disappeared as everyone started panicking. "Come on Klein" Kirito said as he grabbed Klein and started running out. I looked at the others as they nodded as they agreed that we should follow. So we began running after them. We saw then in a small alleyway as Kirito talked about heading out and wanting Klein to go with him. Klein had declined though as his friends were back at the plaza. "Yeah, agreed. Go on ahead Kirito, we will make it with the help that you gave us" I said as I smirked. Kirito then said that if Klein or us were in a jam to message him as we nodded.

Kirito then ran off and Klein went back to the plaza for his friends. "So, now what?" Jak asked. "Now, we train up. Let's go" I said as we headed out to the fields.
