Carefully placing his one hand on the younger's hip and holding both their hands up with the other, the brunette boy smiles and starts spinning with his lover around the empty ballroom. The guests that used to dance with them in this room have long left, leaving only those two behind. The majestic music was silenced long ago as the musicians went home and already went to bed but the two of them do not need any music as the rhythm of their heartbeats are the softest melody the both of them can imagine. The golden ornaments placed all over the big walls and statues of the room reflect the cold light of the moon shining through the gigantic windows.
Jun's gaze keeps wandering from the shimmery blue of the younger's suit to his eyes that are almost completely hidden behind the dark strands of hair of the younger. Their footsteps on the cold marble floors echoe through the big hall as the two just keep spinning. Not a single word is spoken but there is no need to. Each other's presence is enough for both of them. Their eyes always kept on each other, proves their love better than any word could describe it in this moment. They know that this love will last forever and that this bond is special. It feels stronger than any emotion ever felt by any person.
As the beautiful image of the mysterious prince starts fading from Junhui's vision, he opens his eyes, finding himself in his room. A dream, just a dream. It just felt way more real.
He can still the fabric of the other boy's suit between his fingertips. Their heartbeats echoe in his ears as if it is still the two of them in the room and he never really woke up.
Still somehow confused, he looks outside to see that the sun has almost risen completely. He makes his way to the bathroom and goes for a cold shower to get his mind off the dream. After approximately twenty minutes, he hops out of the shower and puts on some fresh clothes. Since he does not have any plans for today again, he might just go to the gym again and use the limited free time he has. He takes his stuff and makes his way there. Once again dancing to his favorite songs, he forgets all the things that were taking up his headspace just a few minutes ago.
As he dances and dances, the hours pass and once again, the day is over. He goes home and follows his night routine like he always does again and goes to bed. Today was a normal day after quite some time. Maybe normal is not even normal to him anymore after the past days.
Tomorrow, he will go to work again. Maybe he did in fact miss his colleague Soonyoung a bit over the weekend, although he would never admit that to either himself or to the younger one.
