I'm halfway down the stairs when I spot Nahara in the lounge reading a book while sipping some tea. I feel a smile building up when I notice the book cover. I allow myself to quickly re-imagen Araminda and her love life. I didn't think she would be reading the book but then again I did push it on her a little bit, but just a little bit.

"Well, hello Lady Nahara" she flinches ever so slightly and her eyes meet mine as she smiles.

"Well, hello hello Lady May, how do I fare to court you and your beauty." We both start giggling like there's no tomorrow until we hear my mother coming our way. We share a look and she gets up, offers her arm and says "Shall we?" I take her offering arm with an easy smile on my face and we walk out the door

...

After awhile of walking through our usual hilled path and I decide to break the silence by bringing up my mothers request, "My mother mentioned we should go to court" I peek at her from the corner of my eyes and I see her eyebrow touch her hair line, but as I wait for a response that I end up not getting I notice something else. "Do you hear that?" We both start looking around until we both see a man and a horse coming from directly behind us and we don't have time to react when the owner of the horse jumps off the horse to falls on us.

My back she hits the hard dirt with in seconds leaving me gasping for air. I feel my eyes welling from the pain and I demand the tears not to come down while I try to push this person -with incredible features -away from me. I look to my left to see Nahara passed. I start panicking and pushing the man away with even more force "What's wrong with you, get off of me this instance!" I demand. He grumbles something under his breath that I don't care to listen to.

"Nahara" I scream she's not too far away but I need her to wake up "Nahara please wake up!" I say with a desperation in my voice.

After a few more minutes of struggling I'm finally able to get the stranger off and I run over to Nahara. I shake her until I see her eyes are flurrying and I get Nahara to sit up."Are you well?" A hand touches my shoulder which leads to my body stiffening and I try not to flinch. I shake his hand away and ignore him. "My Lady? Do you need help?" I turn and glare him down for a few seconds and turn around to make sure Nahara is ok. "Uhm did I hurt her?"

"No she just felt like sleeping in the middle of a random hill!" I turn around to barely get a glimpse of what looks like shock on his face. "Why don't you go get the horse that felt such an urgent need to run away from your ignorant ass and leave us be?" He flinches and stands there for a few seconds.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you or your friend, Lady...? " Ignoring his question, I glance at Nahara and she's just processing this encounter with a frown in between her brow. "It looks like you scratched your arm, here" he reaches down his blue trousers to pull out a pouch and throws me two silver pieces. I'm gapping at him. Who. Does. He. Think. He. Is? The audacity of this man to think I'm not from a well faring family.

"Are you vazey, did you take a hit in the head on your way down? We don't need your petty money" I get up and dust my skirts leaving the silver pieces on the floor. I reach out for Nahara, she takes my hand and gets up. She intertwines her arm with mine in a way that she is able to throw her weight on me and we start walking away from this foozler.

"Wait!" We both look over our shoulders "Will I be seeing you ladies at court? " He is smirking at me. I roll my eyes and walk away pulling Nahara along with me.

After I put some distance between me and that man I decided to speak "Who does that foozler think he is and he has the audacity to assume we don't have enough money to take care of ourselves"

She's looking down and the ground not doing much of anything and I'm surprised when she responds. "He's not clumsy, you never know what could have caused him to fall" I gape at her and collect myself after a few seconds. Nahara and I have always been the opposite, I talk too much, she doesn't talk enough, I cause trouble, she fixes what I have caused, I love a quick party and she loves the inside of her bed quarters.

"Why so quick to defend him hum?" I bump into her shoulder playfully, and when she doesn't respond I say "Should we go make one hell out of Kendric's life" now that makes her blush. I fight the smile building up "I shalt take that as a yes, my lady!" and we are off again
