I wake up, laying in the comfy hospital bed. As it all slowly sinks in, I reach out to get a sip of water. I notice a piece of paper on the far side of the table. It's too far to reach. As I calmly sit up, I hear a knock on the door. It's the nurse! I quickly lay back down pretending nothing happened. The bitter taste of the medicine just brings back old memories. The nurse looks at me with a quick smirk and says "you know you can sit up, right?" I smile at her and within two seconds she's gone. I sit back up and reach for the paper. I almost got it! Just almost!
