What Happened That Night

(Naruto's POV)

Everyone is teasing me to Hinata. She is timid and shy while I like loud girls like Sakura. (truth revealed) I feel like a baka (idiot) since I'm liking a girl who likes my bestfriend, Sasuke. They probably have mutual feelings. Hinata is the opposite of the girl I want, but I love her personality, and I like people like her, don't think maliciously. She's always there for me and that's why. People say opposites attract, negative and positive sign , Haha, I might have feelings for her. I know you all will be in confusion but I'll just consider Sakura as a girl from the past, since I'll try to like Hinata now. It was funny how the accidental kiss turned out to be. It lasted for 30 seconds, until we realized what has happened. I didn't know she was a good kisser. Well I'm dropping her off today to her house. But wait let me recall, She was supposed to ask me something, what could it be?

While we were walking down the road, She was murmuring something, as always, she always is. ''Hinata, what were you supposed to ask me earlier?'', I said. ''Nothing, Naruto-kun.'',she replied. I'm really despising this lady so much. I therefore asked her if we could pass by the ramen noodles restaurant, I said I would treat her and stuff. She accepted the offer but she nervously asked if it was a date or if it was a dare. Oh so she's despising me also. Wow despising eachother. I replied , ''Yes it is a date!.''. She then blushed. You know what happens when she blushes, Obviously she faints. So I went behind her and catched her from the back when she fell. Perhaps, Hinata likes me too, Well just noticing that when I act sweet or do something that involves skin contact, like hold her hand or what, She faints. Nah, She won't like me, She won't definitely like a baka like me. No girl really had gone crazy over me or simply infatuated on me. I'm such an unlucky guy. Sasuke always takes the shots. But this is my second date, my first one was with Sakura, Blargh.

So when we arrived there. I had to have good ettiquete to impress the lady but I failed, Being an ideal gentleman is hard. Hinata noticed it and said, ''Don't be a try hard, Naruto-kun, I accept you for who you are !'', she smirked. She is such an angel, she is both innocent and sweet, and loving and kind. And I am known as an immature child, I know, people keep on calling me that. Hinata will forever be timid unless I do anything to her. What if I ask her out? She might go out of her shell. I don't know when or how but I assure you, I will do it. I can feel the ai (love) tonight.

 When we arrived there in her house, I gave her a kiss on the forehead and then her eyes got bigger. I told her I had fun and she said vice versa. When I turned back, She ran to me and gave me a friendly hug. So I hugged her back until here is the spoiler, Neji comes with Tenten and he insults me. ''Hinata, go directly in the house now, I don't want to see you with Naruto, that douchebag which is brainwashing you!'',he said. ''Neji, Shut up, He isn't, Infact he doesn't do anything to make me think he is, And he will never will. Naruto-kun is a good guy, We're just friends, Back off Neji if you don't want to, I'm ready to fight.'', said Hinata. Neji comes and slaps her in the face. Hinata turned ballistic. She threw shurikens and actually one of her hits landed on Neji's shoulder. Neji got his long sword and ran to Hinata. I can't help watching this simple sibling battle turn into a rivalry. I blocked his hit, the long sword came deep into my arm, I won't lose my arm since I'm in my shield mode. Hinata was also affected it also went in hers but it wasn't major. She was turning weaker and weaker. I used my beast mode to fight Neji. Neji was a coward and got frightened of what I can do. I pitied him but I was in rage so I ran directly to him and punched him like hell. Hinata's afflicted body part were healing slowly. This night is an interesting night. Before I left, I mocked Neji but by the end of the day I apologized sincerely for my anger towards him. Then I carried Hinata to her room since she can't walk properly. I gave her a peck on the forehead and accidentally said '' I love you, Hinata. Tonight was a rough night, and I faced it all because of you.'', She replied, '' I love you too, Naruto.'', I startled and tucked her in her bed and left, I don't want to rush things and ask her out. But I can't wait to see her again.
