"Now go get her," Moonbyul nudges me lightly, giving me an eager smile while I give her an annoyed look.
The milk skinned girl with really pretty eyes perked up a little as our eyes met. I sent her a small smile while I walk my way to her.
Fuck it. Byul's right, I'm no longer committed. There's nothing wrong with meeting other people.
She's also been persuading me to ask this girl out who's been eyeing me in this coffee shop for a while now, which is why I'm already here, smiling awkwardly at the beautiful girl before me.
"Hi," I muttered.
"Hi," she answered shyly, her voice velvety. I could definitely like her.
"I'm sorry for interrupting. I'm Lisa by the way."
Again, her smile was contagious, "It's okay, Lisa. I'm Irene, and I won't mind if you take that seat-"
"Oh, no, actually my friend and I are in a hurry. We have a class in a few minutes. I was just hoping, only if it isn't weird and I swear it's fine if you think it is, if we could hangout sometime? I mean, I'm not sure if I'll see you again after this, the campus can be too big for us to bump into each other again so it'll be nice if I could get your number and get to know you more..." I trailed off, suddenly feeling embarrassed and I'm sure she felt it with the way I rambled with my words the longer I opened my mouth. I laughed nervously, "I'm so sorry for rambling but I hope you get that it's because I'm trying to ask you out whenever."
She hides her laughter with that pretty smile plastered on her face, one that I can forgive for laughing at my nervous ass.
"Text me whenever, then," she smiles, ripping off a small piece of paper from her little notebook and writing her digits on it shortly before handing it to me, "I'll be waiting, Lisa."
Grinning as if I've just won the lottery, I nodded, "See you around, Irene."

"Her name's Irene, have you heard of her?" I asked Seulgi, my best friend, as we walked to her dorm that she shares with Byul.
"I don't think so, but it's good that you're trying to meet someone," the smile that she threw at me while turning the knob made me feel that she really meant it. I know I made her and Moonbyul worried for the past few weeks. I was too busy drowning in my own misery to even properly thank them for looking out for me.
She looked around after turning on the lights, realizing it's empty, "I guess Byul isn't here yet."
"She mentioned going on a date tonight," I said, throwing my bag on the couch while I went straight to Byul's bed, laying on it with my hands under my head.
"With the girl she's fucking with?"
I stifled a laugh. "My bad, it isn't a date. You know she doesn't date, probably why she's looking for a new hook up."
"Right. She's too serious lately, kinda obvious she hasn't been laid for a while now," Seulgi shakes her head, taking off her shoes swiftly after struggling with the ties, "I wonder if she finally broke it off with that girl. That's the longest she's been with someone, I thought she'd at least consider making it official."
Seulgi haven't met the girl yet but I've been introduced to her once, after accidentally walking into the two of them doing something I'd rather just forget, really. Solar looked perfect for Byul, though apparently, it wasn't enough to change her thoughts about commitments.
