"So how was last night?" I asked Moonbyul while munching on my chips, leaving crumbs all over the couch while Byul was giving me a look as if she'll kill me for it. I ignored her, though. Always the neat freak that she is.

She's only a year older than us but sometimes she acts as if we're toddlers that annoys her so much, so we just annoy her more.

"She showed up late in the club, but I didn't really mind. She was really hot," she mutters, sighing heavily, as if clubbing with a really hot girl is burdensome for her. But then she continued her story with her brows furrowed, "Then I saw her again, for the first time in three months."

"Saw who?" Seulgi, who came fresh from the bathroom in her PJs and a towel she's rubbing against her hair, came to sit across us.

The look Moonbyul was giving us gave it away. I blinked, trying to take it in. "Solar? You saw Solar last night?"

She nodded, face stoic.

"Of all the days you get to see her again, it happens just when you're finally about to bang someone else and move on from her," the corner of my lips curled up, suddenly feeling all too interested so I turned completely to her with a brow shot up, "So what happened?"

Byul glared, "I wasn't trying to move on."

Seulgi waved her hand dismissively, trying to spare us from Moonbyul's insistence, "Did she see you with Jennie?"

We both know Moonbyul's been sleeping with this girl, Solar, for almost half a year, which surprised us because Byul is not one for committing. I guess their arrangement worked for the both of them, but that's until Solar confessed to eventually liking Moonbyul that's why they broke off their arrangement. Since then, Solar managed to avoid Byul.

It's just that Seulgi and I both noticed how angry Byul has been since then. She just won't admit she liked Solar too, but I really feel like she did.

"No," Moonbyul bit her lip, "But Jennie did notice me staring at Solar. Turns out I wasn't so subtle... I was just curious, okay?" she defensively said when she was met with our mischievous smiles. "I haven't seen her for so long."

I feel bad for this Jennie, though.

"So did Jennie get jealous?" Seulgi asked, looking kind of worried now.

I forgot that Seulgi and Jennie are classmates. She learned that Jennie likes Byul so she introduced them to each other a while ago. Byul instantly liked her because it seems like the girl wasn't looking for anything serious either, or at least that's what is seemed to Byul.

"No, she was just too annoyed because according to her she's way too hot to be ignored. I was trying to make it up to her but I guess it didn't work... 'coz you know, Solar was too distracting," she shrugs, "Long story short, Jennie hated me and left me."

Seulgi bursted out laughing, and it didn't take long for me to join her.

"You're definitely so into that Solar girl," Seulgi's laughter slowly faded into a scowl, "Now I'm scared to attend Philosophy with Jennie."

"Please. Maybe it was just my body missing her a little," Moonbyul reasons out.

"Okay, gross," Seulgi crosses her arms, tilting her head as if she's studying Moonbyul's face, "But if it was just the body, dude. Were you blind or something? That was Jennie Kim in front of you."

That's when I shook my head, "You haven't seen Solar yet. She's set the standard way too high, I bet."

Seulgi stifled a laugh, "Lis, believe me. Jennie Kim is the standard."
