It has been a month after the soul bond separation. DS Dream can finally kill DS Nightmare.
"If so, I will haunt you. I will drag you to the pits of heck you dumb bird! You get that?" DS Nightmare shouted.
DS Nightmare is stuck in a trap. Right here, he can just die.
"You will.." DS Dream whispered to himself.
SLASH!
DS Nightmare is dusting slowly.
Wait..
SO IS DS DREAM?
"Wait.. I don't understand?" DS Nightmare said.
"I'm sorry I have been selfish.. But we weren't actually suppose to exist as guardians." DS Dream said.
"It was a curse. But look! I FINALLY found the solution to remove it!" DS Dream said.
"D-Did you tell anyone?" DS Nightmare asked.
DS Dream replied, "I didn't." DS Dream added, "It's for the sake of us all."
"What about the soul bond machine? Was that a lie?" DS Nightmare asked.
They were both half-dusted.
DS Dream replied with a nod.
"See you in our next life Nightmare.. Thank you for being a brother-figure to me before.. even though we are not related." DS Dream said.
And with that,
Both of them dusted.
