Siddharth's POV
It's been 3 weeks we came back from Maldives. And everything is normal except Avni; she's behaving a bit abnormal. She eats only 2-3 bites of food or if she eats more than that she starts puking, she wakes up late in morning whereas she use to wake me up in her ways. She sometimes feels dizzy but whenever I ask her she says I am fine. Something is wrong with her.
Right now, we all are sitting on the dinning table eating our food but Avni is just playing with her food.
"What happened Avneetyyyy why are you not eating" Abhi bhai asked
"I just don't want to eat" she said pushing her plate
"But it's your favourite cheese pasta" Mom said she nodded and ate a bite. As excepted she ran to bathroom.
"I will just look at her" I said and left.
"Avni are you ok?" I asked entering washroom. She nodded cleaning her face
"Should we go to doctor?" I asked
"No I am alright I maybe puking because of overeating" she said shrugging her shoulders I nodded. We both got ready and left for office
Reaching the office Avni went to her cabin and I went to mine.
"Nisha come in my office" I said over the phone and disconnected the all. After 5 mins she came.
"Yes sir" she said entering the cabin
"Let's directly get to the point I have hired another PA so you may look for another job" I said looking at her.
"But you can't kick me out of this job" she said
"Till yesterday I can't but today I can if you have any problem here are the contract papers" I said passing her the papers
"Your father helped my mother during financial problem and I really appreciated it by signing the contract of giving you this job for 4 years; but now I can't so you may leave'' I said explaining her
The door burst open revealing Avni's PA. What is she doing here?
"What happened?" I asked
"S.i..r..Avnee..t.mam..fainted" she said panting. I ran over to her cabin to see her lying on the floor with Nisha and her PA behind me
"What happened to her?" I asked picking Avni and laying her on the sofa
"Idk Sir me and Mam was working on new design when suddenly she fainted" Avni's PA said I nodded; taking out my phone I called the family doctor
"Hello? Can you reach Nigam Industries within 20 mins" I asked
"Okk I am near the office only I am coming" he said and declined the call
"Chote what happened to Avneetyyyy" he asked entering the cabin with Vaish Di following him
"Idk Avni's PA came to me and said she fainted" I said
"Please God it should not be Panic Attack" I heard Di pray. Soon the Doctor arrived
"You all please go outside I'll just check her" he said we all went outside
What would have happened??
There's no chance of Panic Attack coz Karan is dead!
Then what could it be??
I asked her to go for check-up but she being a stubborn ass didn't listen
The doctor came outside with a smile on his face. Wait why is he smiling??
