Hi hello! Thank you for the effort to read this. You're awesome just so you know.
Well how 'bout a non-fanfiction story of mine? It's all made up, own ideas, imagination and whatever you call it. It's composed of 23 chapters. Enjoy!

I was eight and he was nine. Cassadee Brown is my name, Luke Ashton Schleiden is my best friend's name. We've been friends since I was five, my Mom and Dad used to work from his family, who owns a jewelry shop in the city, we just talked once when he visited the shop with his father, and I don't know how but we became friends.
My parents stopped working there because they've been accused for stealing one of the jewelries, it took 5 months before the truth and they've just decided to find another job. Fortunately, minimart cashier and a cab driver. Better than nothing.
His dad (Luke's dad) warned him to stay away from me and my family because of the past issue. But we remained best friends, more like secret best friends. We're kids, we cared less about the problem.
We were in the city park playing and running around just like the usual on saturdays.
"Hey, Cas! Take a look at this!" Luke yelled from the other side of the tree
"What's up peanut butter?" came my reply as I walked toward him
"For the hundredth time stop calling me that!"
"Why not? I think it's cute"
"I hate peanuts and I don't even like butter"
"Whatever. So what's with the yelling lately?"
He picked up a blue like bottle with little cracks at the side with small stars inside like a powder. And read something with the use of his eyes at the bottom.
"So . . . . ?" I asked
"Wishes do come true. Just write your wish on a rolled paper, put it inside and throw it at the nearest beach." he replied and added "Wow! Isn't it amazing?"
"You actually believe that? I'm younger than you yet I'm more mature"
"Come on! I could wish thousands of chocolates or a pet tiger or a race car!" excitement was present in his voice. I rolled my eyes and got the bottle from his hand.
"This is trash, Luke. But if it's even true, I'd wish for a whole day amusement park rides" I explained
"See, you have wishes too. It's not trash, just let me keep it for awhile" He protested and got the bottle back. Ran toward his bag and put it inside.
"Time to go?" he asked and I nodded. We both walked toward our bikes and ride home.

I played with Luke the other day. We went to the beach. He opened his bag to get some chips out for us and the bottle he found yesterday.
"What now? You decided to put some crabs in it?" I said jokingly and opened the chips, starting to eat some. But he just kept staring at the bottle and was really sad? I couldn't tell.
"We're. . . we're. . moving" he had a hard time continuing what he wanted to say. I stared at him then at the bottle.
"My mom, last night. She was ready to take me, Dad doesn't want to. So, we're moving tonight to New York" he continued and was holding back tears as he spoked out those words.
I cried. I felt so sad and I don't know what other emotions build up. My best friend, my playmate is moving and I bet I'll never see him again.
"Brought this bottle, hoping to write a wish that we'll both see each other again" he opened the bottle after he wiped the tears from my eyes
