Chapter 8: what do you mean???

Missy's POV
It was the next day I woke up on the couch I got up and walk into our room and saw wildcard sleeping in our room with Catherine beside him so I left them alone and I cooked pancakes and I woke them up for breakfast "wow mom this is delicious" Cathy said "thanks cath" I said and she continued eating until I got a call from dad

Dad🥰
Missy: hey dad
Marcus: missy we have an emergency
Missy: what's the emergency dad?
Marcus: there are asteroids again
Missy: okey we' ll bring Catherine to the HQ so she can wait there while we're on a mission
Marcus: okey but hurry
Missy: we will bye
End call

I got back to the kitchen "who was it love?" Wildcard asked me when I got back "umm dad called" I said "and.....?" He asked me "and there are asteroids torwards earth" I said in a quiet tone in my voice "AGAIN!?"he asked and I just nodded "so when are we going?" Wildcard asked me while i am standing in front of the tv "right now dad said it's an emergency" I said "okey let's get dressed first" he said and we quickly got upstairs to change clothes cause we're still in our panjamas. After I got dressed I dressed Catherine up and we waited for wildcard to finish getting dressed "wildcard are you finish yet this is a emergency remember" I shouted cause he's in our bedroom. A few moments later wildcard got to Catherine's room "hey guys I'm done we gotta go" he said and I rolled my eyes and giggled a little. We got into the car and drove to the HQ quickly as we can because of the traffic on the way there. After a few minutes we finally arrive at HQ and we go straight inside and we saw the others waiting for us "finally you guys are here" wheels said "yea you guys took long to arrive" A capella said and I laughed "blame wildcard and the traffic" I said and wildcard glared at me "hey! I didn't took that long " he said and I giggled "yes you did babe" I said and we walked to ms. Granada's office and we got in and we forgot to drop off Catherine at the underground room "hello heroics so you already know what is the mission right" ms. Granada asked and we all nodded "so all of your will go non of you will be left behind got it?" Ms. Granada said and we all nodded "and there's a car waiting for you guys outside the HQ" she said and we all left the room "umm wildcard would you mind taking Catherine to the underground room" I asked wildcard because Catherine is still with us and it's dangerous if we bring Catherine along with us to the mission "not at all babe" he said and he took Catherine to the underground room.

Wildcard's POV
"Hey baby let's get you to the underground room" I said and she nodded honestly she hasn't been in yet the underground room because we haven't have a mission that we all needed to go so instead we drop of her to one of our friends if we have a mission together with missy. After a few minutes we arrive at the door of the underground room and I opened it I saw the kids of the others "okey promise daddy that you'll be good " I said looking at her "I promise dad that I'll be good in here" she said and I kissed her forehead "do I really have to go in here dad" she asked and I just nodded "you have to Cathy or you'll not be safe" I said and she nodded and hugged me "umm daddy has to go Cathy" I said and she has tears on her eyes "okey dad but please be safe" she said and I nodded "yes Cathy I'll be safe and also mommy will be safe I promise" I said and she was crying and I stoped her from crying before I got out of the room and got to the car where everybody is waiting.

A/n hey guys! I'm so sorry for not posting these past few days I know I said I'll be updating a chapter at Monday or Tuesday but rn it's Friday I guess I'm just busy at school ik I have said this a couple time not but I really am busy with school work I'm just updating if I have a free time from all of the assignments, projects and a report on history a.k.a AP (Ap is what we called history in the Philippines it's basically just history but a different name) so idk when will o update again but hopefully soon.
