RAMILIA
Summary of History of RamiliansMy journal is full of fascinating theories, yet the most astonishing for any reader would be the story of Ramilians. Apparently, during the period of 1940-1942, extreme efforts were taken by the World governments to eradicate all the proofs of a hidden nation, because if the Ramilians started fraternising with the world, they would be pressurized to choose either side in the ongoing world war due to political pressure. To prevent further destruction, each day dozens of texts were taken from all libraries around the globe and burnt till their ashes were a part of the soil. Anyone who knew this confidential information about this land was held captive, or made to believe that they had some serious mental disorder and were sent to an asylum. Yet, I found a professor, whose name I have promised not disclose( check Page number- 423, The Half Alive Professor) who had been hiding texts from the government, and trusted me with all the information.
I spent weeks reading about these forbidden people, yet the more I read, the less I knew. The professor who owned the texts, seeing my keenness about the mythical land sponsored my trip.
One thing I learnt about the mythical people of Ramilia was that they weren't born on the earth through evolution(Page Number- 132 How evolution failed mortals). They resided in the heavens and some of them served in the noble court of the heaven. Known as the tribe of craftsmen, what the king of god's desired, the Ramilians lovingly made. The gods were awestruck with each creation. Yet, Ramilians held no pride in their work and were faithful to the Gods who couldn't stop adoring their perfectionist work. Thousands of years passed, and one fine day, the gods realised they were jealous of the Ramilians. The strength and peacefulness was enough to make the gods themselves envious, for who wouldn't be envious of those virtues, and even the gods succumbed. They had equivalent power and wealth of gods, and were immortal, and were thus superior than the gods who now decided to rebel against the Ramilians and send them to the Middle Earth, or worse to the hell. A handmaid heard their tale and went this and told the whole story to a princess of Ramilians(Page number- 239 The Maid who Betrayed). She was utterly shocked and went and told this to her Father at once, who was in turn enraged and handed each Ramilian a spear. This set the heaven into a twenty year long period of great distress. This was a superior chance for the poets of heaven to criticise the dealings of heaven.
The great poet, Ingenii, describes this period in the following word
Heaven, where the dead have a life of mirth,
Where the alive, dream of perishing,
Its burning, O father, be its saviour.
Where stood mighty cathedrals now stands dirt,
Disparage, dishonesty and hate I see
On those streets where humility grew
Its burning, O father, come and be its saviour.
The Ramilians were made to flee from the royal capital of Anthreas and go to the barren lands of Vazi, where nothing grew, and due to food shortages. More than half of ramilians perished. Vazi hence got its notorious name 'The Land of Dead Ramilian'. To this day, after the construction of Vazi embankment, the children from Vazi province are told the story of Ramilians to make them sleep( Page Number- 15, The Tale of Dead Ramilians, as told by a Vazi grandmother). This occurred in 17654289th Year of the battle of Skömonas, and the next five years a massive famine struck the lands of Vazi.
In the 17654298th Year of the battle of Skömonas( Battle of Gods and Hell, Read the chapter), the Ramilian princess, Armora, the same whose handmaid told about the dealing of God's was married to the Prince of gods Exomonas. Armora's bewitching grey eyes, her slender body and long, brown hair were enough to make her convince her husband, Exomonas, whose father controlled the Mountains of The Realms, to allot the poor Ramilians a fertile patch of land on the Middle Earth. Armora, after this was done returned with her kind on the Earth, to fulfill her duties as the Princess of her people, and went on to be the queen of Ramilia for her remaining life. Leaving one's husband without informing was seen as a sin among the Ramilians, and hence Armora was never revered, and her service to the people of her kind was forgotten among the hatred about her.
Exomonas, whose life was Armora, was crestfallen, as his wife betrayed him, and gave orders to wipe out each of Ramilian. Each day millions of gods and Ramilians died, but ultimately Exomonas cursed or rather gifted mortality to Ramilians, and asked them to never return to the lands of heavens. He was also thought of as a villain in most of the treatises, where he was at times described as a blood loving wraith, or at times was fondly described as an over privileged child who wasn't allowed to grow up by his wealthy father( Page number- 96, Exomonas). Personally, I think of him as a deer, who was hunted by the arrow of fake rumours. Exomonas took exile against the will of his father and was never seen by anyone, yet he paid frequent visits to the Tomb of Armora (also known as Tombeo dus Armorao), where it perpetually rains as a reminder of this tragedy. If you see him while mourning, you die within 24 heaven hours. This curse cannot be broken, so don't read this journal for its remedy.
Exomonas was blinded by hatred and Armora by duty, and as it's very well said, they ruin each love story by making it last forever, yet this one was already cursed.
