Sakura couldn't even stand in a correct order. Sister Sofia asked what was happening but Sakura was unable to speak. Sister really loved her and when a beloved person has something to do with health even huge doctors becomes dumb and she's just a nurse...

Sister Sofia started to shout in order to gather other nurses. Hearing her high pitched shout some nurse came running to see what happened. When they came inside of the room they saw weakened Sakura in Sister Sofia's embrace.

Nurse 1- What happened and why is she like that?

Sister- I don't know( sobs), please tell me what happened to her, she is breathing but not in a correct way.

Nurse 2- I think her heart is too weak to beat.

Sister- Please call the doctor...he'll know what to do(sobs) and help me take her to the OT room.

Then all of the nurses helped Sister Sofia to stand Sakura up. No one was prepared for this. This is fate does, without any kind of  acknowledgement. Why is fate so cruel?

Then they took Sakura to the OT room and placed her on the hospital bed. Doctor rushed in the room and doctor examined her. But after his examining her, he gestured the nurses that it was time. His face got saddened. All the nurses understood everything and by seeing the dreadful expressions of the nurses Sister Sofia understood what was the whole scene for. She started sobbing silently like there's no tomorrow.

A good amount of time later, Sakura spoke up abruptly which caught Sister Sofia's attention. She gathered herself from crying and tried to put on a smile. Sakura said weakly, "Sister, I have something to tell you. I know that I'm gonna die and I want you to know this. Please tell Hobi that I love him and give him my journal.
Will you do that for your sister?"

The more Sister tried to control her from her outburst Sakura made it more difficult for. She was about to say something but she suddenly remembered about Hobi. So she went to Sakura's hospital room and grabbed the phone and saw 20 missed calls from Hobi. She smudged her tears off and called Hobi.

Meanwhile

______Hobi POV______

"What is taking her so long?", then he dialed her number for 20 times. But she didn't pick up. Then tension grew around him from everywhere. He thought that some goons caught her or she is lost. He started roaming and finding her here and there hoping that he'll see her around.

But he was wasting his time and he didn't know that. He asked some random persons if they have seen a girl about his age. Another thing he didn't know was her attire. So when people asked him about her attire he couldn't say anything.

At that time,his phone ringed. He took out his phone and saw Sakura's name on it. He felt so relieved that his heart started beating in a normal way. He picked up the call and said,"Sakura, where are you huh? I've been looking for you for ages. Okay no problem tell me where are you I'm coming and we'll celebrate your birthday there".

Sister- Sakura is on (sobs) hospital bed, Hobi.

Hobi- Sister? And what are you saying where is Sakura? What happened to her?

Hobi- WILL YOU TELL ME WHERE IS SAKURA AND WHAT HAPPENED TO HER? I ALSO HAVE PATIENCE, SISTER SOFIA.

Sister- Hhobi- Sakura is not in good condition. We might loose her. Please come as soon as possible. (Sobs)

Hobi- HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?

Sister- I can't tell now. We might loose her (sobs) anytime now. Please hurry.

Hobi hang up the call and started to run as fast as he could. He felt like his world was crashing into mere pieces that he can't adjoin those just like a broken mirror.

Loosing a loved one is the most dreadful and painful and lonely emotions out there.Think about the worst pain you have felt in your life multiply it and it is also physical and mental. Every part of your being is in agony. Like one person said no words cant truly describe this pain. And another said your wish you could rip your heart out and bet it with a hammer just to stop this pain.

At last Hobi reached the Hospital. It was possible for him to break down the stairs because he was running faster than Usain Bolt. He
entered the hallway and saw the doctor and the nurses outside. He saw Sister Sofia as well.

Hobi- How is she?

Doctor- Oh, Hobi um her condition is not good. Her heart is not beating in a normal way. Her heart is beating in a dysrhythmic way.

Hobi- How are you gonna make her heart beat in a normal way?

Doctor- Hobi, look this is not a thing that we can do about it. She has Cardiomyopathy. Which means her heart size is twice larger than yours. That's why she's having a dysrhythmia. And this operation takes a lot of processes. But she told us she doesn't want to do any operation since it requires a huge amount of money.

Hobi laughed sarcastically. He wasn't expecting to hear this from doctor's mouth.

Hobi- Sister, how come you didn't tell me about this.

Sister- Believe me Hobi, I tried to understand her to lemme tell you about her sickness. But she forbade me and made me (break down) ppromise her that I won't tell you(sobs).

Hobi- Doctor, don't care bout the money I'll support just do whatever and please save her isn't there anything that you can do primarily?

Doctor- Um, there is wait. Lemme tell the nurses to arrange the OT for a primary operation.

Hobi- Thank you doctor, thank you very much. Can I go and visit Sakura?
