"Babe! Babe!" Savannah yelled. Wondering where derek went. She then saw a note on the fridge. "Garcia called we had a case, serial killers never rest. I will try to be home as soon as possible tell Zara I love her and will bring her a surprise when I get home. And a surprise for you too". Savannah smiled reading the note she knew what was up. She put the
note on the counter and then looked at her watch. "Oh shoot it's 7:20" savannah said shocked she thought it was still 6 a.m. She went up the stairs to go wake Zara up. But surprisingly she was already up brushing her teeth. " Hey mom" Zara said taking the toothbrush out of her mouth. " Hey Zara what are you doing up" savannah said amazed because Zara was not a morning girl. " I couldn't sleep dad told me about the case where the therapist was the unsub and killed people by their worst fears. " I mean imagine getting killed by what you feared was gonna kill you!" Yeah I heard about that one too " said savannah." I mean imagine getting killed in the dark". There was a loud silence." mom?" Zara said choking on her toothbrush spit. " your WORST fear is the dark?" Zara said spiting into the sink. " savannah noticed she had said too much. She then tried to change the conversation ." dad said when he gets home he will have surprise for you". Zara noticed what her mom was doing and just went along.Zara finished brushing her teeth and got on social media until 8.a.m. She then grabbed her book bag. Her mom was waiting for her downstairs.Her mom was on the phone then she got off." There has been an accident the hospital is gonna lot of patients, so can you stay at michael's house? And I can come pick you up at 6? Michael was Zara's bestfriends they had been bestfriends since 3rd grade." Yea mom that's ok.Zara said trying to hide her excitement. They got In the car and drove to her school woodshire which was 3 miles away. Zara got out of the car gave her mom a kiss and then went inside the school building. She sat in the cafeteria for 3 minutes and then Michael arrived. Michael was 6 ft y'all with green eyes and he was shy and quiet. She hugged Michael. Michael really loved her hugs but don't think she noticed. "my mom has a lot of patients so can I come over your house?"Zara said. And then turned to Michael. " yea sure my little sisters gonna be home ". Michael said ."Great!" Zara  said. They talked for about 15 minutes. Then it was time to go to class. They were walking to French then  Zara got stopped by Josh. Josh was a senior who Zara had had a crush on for a year. "Hey Zara" Josh said. Zara was shocked josh had never talked to her before. "Hey" she said back trying not to show excitement. Michael looked a little jealous but didn't say anything. " So me and Christian are having a party and I was wondering if you wanted to come?" Josh seemed like he was just asking for a joke but Zara didn't notice. But Michael did. She looked at Michael then turned back around " only if Michael can come" She  said Josh seemed like he was consulting something."yea he can come sure" Josh said kind of disappointed.
