Chan and Alexa knew each other since they were children, they moved to Korea at the same time, but never expected to end up in the same company. Chan is like Alexa's father, he makes sure she is always happy and tries his best to let Alexa live her childhood, since she debuted and started training at a young age. She is featured in a lot of his Chan's room's or vlogs in general. Stays all agree their friendship is amazing. On the other hand, Chan's mom and dad absolutely adore her, aswell as his siblings Hannah and Lucas, Lucas being her #1 biggest fan.
