Where all the Socks Go

Chapter One : What to Wear?

Tommy was scrummaging threw his whole closet looking for something to wear. He had been searching for hours looking for his favourite pair of socks. These socks were his lucky socks , he wore them to soccer tryouts, doctor appointments and so on. Whenever he wore the socks things were right. Everything would be just perfect. He was flustered and confused of where the socks were going all day and night. Tommy thought that the socks would run away and go to a magical place called Sockland. Tommy"s mom always said that was way too crazy like his imagination. But, Tommy knew the land was real. Tommy was angry. He was mad. He went upstairs downstairs and upstairs again. And he went downstairs upstairs and downstairs again. But still no sign of socks. He began to think to himself. Where would all the socks be. He thought and he thought, and he thought and he thought and he thought. But, still no sign of anything. Tommy suddenly out of no where popped up. His ears had slightly, just very very very slightly perked up. Not big enough to be a perk though. They slightly clicked up. Very slightly. And If it was proper to say they hopped up. Then, they hopped up. He ran to the laundry room. He opened the dryer machine ever so small that even the smallest wasp in the world would get squished by trying to get through. He threw the dryer door to the side. And stared at it hard. Like he was trying to think so hard that the socks would appear. His eyes were in full concentration burning for pushing too hard. If you present while Tommy was doing this, you would think h eras completely crazy, that's because he probably is.

Chapter Two: Sockland
Tommy finally gave up. And let me tell you, he was mad, wait no, he was absolutely furious. I mean, who in their right mind would get absolutely furious about socks? He kicked the floor beneath the dryer hard. Hard enough to set off a portal to Sockland. Well of course yes. Slowly but silently the dryer appeared to be a black hole. Tommy was startled by the sudden illusion of what had happened. But he was speechless. His eyes slowly got drawn in to the darkness the lights in his eyes shining like stars. But slowly, he was sucked in to the portal.........
