Keeping the promise {3}

 After that whole event I swear I felt like throwing up. These guys were full of themselves. I stayed in deep thought till i hear my bestfriend calling my name. "Earth to Paige" my bestfriend said waving her hand infront of my face.

"err, sorry i was thinking" I looked down to the ground. "About them?" she said pointing at the group of boys.

"HELL NO" I gagged at the thought. "okay okay" she said while putting her hands up in surrender. "Anyways lets go before i throw up at the fact that they are literally 10 ft away from me." As we walk away we notice they are 4 pairs of eyes following the back of our heads. We obviously decided to NOT turn around.

We finally arrived at the food court but i think i lost my apetite. While Lily was eating away, I just stared at my plate of pizza. 

"Paige are you okay, this is the first time ive seen you pass on pizza." I looked up  to see a very concerned Lily. I shrugged "Yeah im okay just not that hungry" She gives me a weird look then continues eating her pizza. Afterwards we headed to hot topics. That was probably my favorite store of all time.

As we entered i noticed a black and white all time low tank. I need to get that. Without thought i was heading to cashier so i could buy it untill Lilys hand took my arm causing to come to a stop. 

"What the f-" I was cut off by Lily saying "Shut up look who just entered" I looked around untill i spotted a group of attractive men. It was Luke and his gang. 

Ashton stopped and noticed us. He smirked then whispered something into Drews ear. Drew had a entertained face then looked around and his eyes landed on us. "Oh crap" I muttered under  my breath knowing Lily would hear me. She nodded. I rushed to the cashier and quickly paid for my top. We were just about to leave when I heard a voice call us out.

"Wait" we hear a deep rich voice. It was Drew. We looked at each other than at them and Lily decided to point at ourselves indicating if he was talking to us. He nodded. So as our idiot, smart selves we walked over. 

"Yes" I said trying to act cool even though i was literally terrified right now. I started to get a flashback.

.: Flash Back :.

We were outside for recess it was the beginning of middle school when i hear a group of boys laughing and why? because of me.

"Eww look at her hair." A boy named Ryder said "She's so fat!" Ashton laughed "HA I feel bad for her parents" Luke said smirking but a boy named Drew just sat their with a straight face. . I started to feel my eyes getting blury and then a tear rolled down my cheek. A girl walked up to me, she was really pretty and she looked really nice. "Shhh dont worry, if anything i feel bad for their parents" She said smiling. She gave me a hug, "Hi im Lily." At that moment i knew we would be best friends. During my last years of middle school I went to the gym for 2 hours each day, I went on a strict diet and I started using cleansers and other facial supplies. The best thing about it was Lily was there for me every step of the way. We have been bestfriends ever since. I love that girl, were like sister's seperated at birth and I dont what i would do without her. 

.: End of Flash Back :.

A tear rolled down my cheek. I wiped it quickly but sadly everybody noticed. Lily knew what was going on and tried to give me a hug, but i quickly felt more tears running down my face. " S-sorry I-i can't." I said running out of the store.

.: Lily's POV :.

All the boys looked confused. "what just happend" Ashton said. I stared at them, angry. "You guys happend" I spat obviously really pissed. " Wait what did we do" Drew said. "You guys dont remember? More importantly Us?" They all shooked their head confused. " Well lets just say that girl you made fun of everyday in middle school, well that was her." I turned around and headed for the exit. "Wait we d-" " Save it I yelled running looking around for Paige.

.: Paige's POV :.

I ran, I ran as far as I could, anything to get away from them. How could I not remember? All these bad thoughts were piled in my brain and i was just so stupid for trying to keep them out. I should have never ran, but then again I just wanted to be alone. I ran untill I couldn't breathe anymore. I was already at the other side of the mall. I decided to sit down agaisnt the railling and crawl into a little ball. I started to cry just thinking about those memories untill I hear someone scream my name. It was Lily.

" PAIGE" I stood still not even moving a finger, its not like I didnt want to be found. RIght? right.

"PAIGE WHERE ARE YOU" I stand up and walk over to her. I dont want her to worry about me anymore, I need to learn to fight my own battles, not just rely on Lily. I loved that girl and no way was I gonna let her get kicked out for screaming her head off.

"Im right here" i say softly. She turns around and the first thing she does is hug me. " I looked all over for you" she sais as if she were my mom and I ran away. "Yeah I needed to get away, from them." I whisper. She release me from her bear hug and looks me straight in the eye. " Dont worry, Im not letting them mess with us ever again."

Hey guys so I recently just got on wattpad and i would just like to say, Ill try to update almost everyday to keep the story flowing. Also Ill edit the story once its completed or in my spare time.
