"IF YOU REALLY HATE ME THAT MUCH I HATE YOU TEN TIMES MORE! A THOUSAND TIMES MORE! A MILLION TIMES MORE! I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU!"

Come on. Run. He stopped. This is your chance! Run! RUN! RUN!

Muffin quickly stumbled to their feet and ran out to the open door.

In their rush to get anywhere other than Ash's house, they didn't look back. They can't look back. They can't afford to slow down.

I WILL make it out alive!

Soon they did look behind them and saw something that completely stopped them in their tracks. No one was there.

Huh? Is he there? I thought he would still be chasing me? Did I- I did? I did! I did it! I got away!

A single tear ran down Muffin's face when they thought about their life before Ash. Game Night with friends. Their grandmother's stories. Their freedom. They couldn't remember the last time they were outside.

Now... How do I get home? 

They decided to walk farther and farther away from Ash's house. The more distance the better. 

Huh... The stars are lovely tonight.

Ding... Ding...

The doorbell rang when the women walked in with Muffin behind her. Muffin ducked under the women and said...

"Hey, can I talk to you, sir?"

But the police officer didn't look at Muffin. He didn't even acknowledge them. He just turned to the women and asked, "Hey, miss what's the problem?"

Huh... What? Did they hear me?

"I was kidnapped! His name is Ash; I just got away!"

Again. Nothing.

"HEY! I WAS KIDNAPPED!" But still nothing. "You know what? I'm done. I'll ask someone else for help." 

But as Muffin went to grab the door handle, something peculiar happened. Their hand went through it.

Huh... What? Wait what's happening? Wait, the lady.

They jumped in front of the lady and asked, "Hey miss, what's..."

Their chest suddenly tightened when the lady walked right through them.

They can't see me? What? Wait...

"I'm dead."
