I absolutely love Tsumugi. I found her to be a boring and forgettable character, but as a mastermind I found her amazing. Some people can argue no one can replace Junko, and I agree. Tsumugi thought she could become the next Junko Enoshima, and she tried so hard to become Junko. But as seen in her execution going from her Junko cosplay, to her normal self. You can see she is no longer smiling, which I think indicates that she was not ready to die. I also think no matter now hard Tsumugi tried to be Junko she is always gonna be herself, with her own personality and hobbies. I give Tsumugi a 10/10 as a mastermind, but a 7/10 as a character.
