Chapter 5: a " broken " friendship

Hope's POV
Me, Beth, and Austin were still looking for Harliy and Zoe we got to the other stages we already looked in Snorky's circus not we were in Bingos jungle I keep ending up being tied by the vines but we still kept looking until we heard loud banging above us
Beth- what's that noise?
And I know exactly who it was and so did Austin
Hope and Austin- BINGO!!
Then when we said that I felt an arm wrap around me and pulled me up, I heard Beth yelling out me and Austin's names then I saw who grabbed us it was Bingo he gently put me down behind him and pushed Austin. He fell to the ground trying to crawl away
Bingo- TIMES ALMOST UP!!!
I just stood there I couldn't do anything to stop him he was one of my good friends.... my best friend....Then I felt someone grabbed my shoulders and pull me away I fell to the ground
Beth- FOR YOU!!
I saw Beth grab Bingo trying to pull him away from Austin then I saw one of the vines ties around Bingos arm. Beth kept pulling,and pulled until she finally made him fall to the ground his arm was pulled off of him
Hope- b-bingo......
Bingo- h...hope..... I thought we were.....friends
That was the last thing I heard before he passed out I couldn't help but cry I felt Beth comforting me
Beth- Hope you ok?...
Hope- I... he was my friend....
Beth- he almost tried to kill us and your still calling him your friend?
Hope-.... y-yeah..
She ignored it and grabbed me and Austin followed we were heading for Fleegle's magic shop until we saw that couple the guy was in an box and he was cut in half and the girl she was crying beside him holding his hand
Poppy- h-he asked me to m-marry him
Austin- mom I think she's gone crazy...
I finally calm my sinces form bingo and I came up to her
Hope- miss you have to c-come with us..
Poppy- I can't leave him...!
Hope- I know how y-you feel
I looked over at Beth something in my head and heart keeps telling me I can't forgive what Beth did to bingo. I looked back at the girl I think her name was Poppy
Hope- p-poppy you know he would not want to see you get hurt r-right?
She nods
Hope- t-then come with us I can protect you...
She looks at me with I think hope
Hope- I promise..
I hold out my hand for her to grab and she thought about it and grabbed my hand
Hope- before we go do you know what happened to this little boy and girl?
Poppy- Fleegle took them
I looked at her in shock and so did Beth
Beth- where did he take them?!
Poppy looks at me
Poppy- I don't know..
Hope- don't worry we'll find them
Beth- how about we go and Hope should go inform her boss
I nod and was about to go back to the main stage until poppy grabbed my hand I looked over and she looked scared
Hope- don't worry I will come back I promise
She nods and let's go I started heading to the main stage
