Quirk: Judgement Whip
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Description: Can turn their hands into whips that they can grow or shrink at will. (Is limited to 15ft at the time) Can control them like any other part of their body. When the whip wraps around their opponent it will give them a punishment based on their type of quirk (Mutants are not affected by this quirk, Transformers lose the ability to lose their quirk as long as the whip is wrapped around them, and Emitters quirks are severly dulled, lets say someone tried to create a huge explosion, it would only be the size of a firecracker.) The whips are as durable as any regular whip making them easy to break.
