Today is a new day of me being out on the highest peak of the Rocky Mountains. Yesterday was not really the best but I have a feeling this one will be. For breakfast I had so jerky and cheese. So far I haven't seen any thins but I have a feeling I will. *little time skip* It is now 12:47 in the afternoon and I have seen about 7 animals, two which were dead. At least it look like they dead do it natural causes.July 2, 2006
8:00 am I am taking a little walk and found wolf prentice, one look like it might be from a wolf pup and the other is from it's mom. I also found blood and I got curious. I followed the prentice and the blood until I saw a hurt wolf and me being me I ran up to it. When I got to her I saw a big cut on her stomach area. And to my surprise she let me touch her as I was touching her, her little pup ran up to me and bit me. At that moment the mom got up and try to walk away but fall over. I was told not to interfere with the animals or touch them but she needs help so I took her to camp. The pup followed me to the campsite and sat next to her. 3 hour have gone by until she died. I Felt bad so I buried her and the pup stay next to her the whole entire time.July 5-82006
I know that death i what happens to every thing but I fell bad for that little pup. When I went back to the grave her pup was still there waiting for her to came back to him. I threw a piece of meat to him and he gladly took it but went back to him mom's grave. It has been a couple of days now with me feeding then little pup and he still would not leave her grave really started to get worried. That night there was a storm but I did not let me lose any sleep. In the morning there was a fluffy little wolf pup laying next to me.
