I was only seven years old when my dad disapeared. But back then I didn't think anything of him being gone. I mean I was young and I always thought the glass half full, ya know? I drilled it into my head that he was just on an extended business trip. Now, I know that it's a LOT more than that. My mum, she is no help. She's been a wreck since dad went missing. All she's usefull for, is showing me what I would be like if I gave in to thinking he was gone forever. Of course I know he is really gone, I'm 13 for god sakes, but I won't ever let myself believe it.
