Christinas POV-
"Do you have your phone?" Hailie asked.
"Oh I never put it down." I smiled, Hailie laughed and grabbed my hand. "Come on lets go." She opened the door to see Marshall, Whitney, and Laney patiently waiting. I walked out and let go of Hailies hand, I just couldn't keep it in anymore, I ran over to Marshall and gave him a hug while quietly sobbing. I could feel his hand on my head.
"Go." He whispered to the girls, I could hear their footsteps get quieter as they walked away. He kneeled down so that we were face to face.
"What's wrong?"
"I died. Did you know that? I don't even know what happened to me last night. The nurse told me that I died and came back. How long was I even here?"
"You were here for 3 days, honey." He said.
"3 days?" I asked. He nodded. "I talked to my mom. I didn't even know she died. She's dead, Marshall. I talked to her. She talked to me and asked for me to forgive and I told her I could never ever forgive her. She beat me. She doesn't understand how that changed me. I convinced myself that all that happened was my fault. So then I decided that one day I wanted to slit my wrists and she slapped the living shit out of me for being sad." His eyes widened when I said 'shit'. "It has permanently put a gash in my heart."
"There ain't nothin wrong wit being sad, baby. But you can't hurt yourself. There's no easy way to say this, and no nice way to say it either. I'm gonna be real mad at you if you ever decide that the only way to get better is to not be here. Because someone is gonna miss you. I'm gonna miss you. The girls are gonna miss you. They're like your sisters now. So get it together, Chrissy. I ain't mad at you, I could never be mad at you, but you can't do this no more. It's not your fault that your parents treated you the way they did. It's their fault, their loss."
"But I feel bad for not forgiving my mom. She could've helped me." I cried.
"Well whoever tore you apart sure as hell ain't gonna put you back together that's for damn sure." He said.Marhsalls POV-
She started crying even more. I think I scared her with all the swear words. I can't say a damn sentence without swearing. I hugged her until she basically fell asleep and carried her to the car."Sorry girls. She's really tired. Just don't wake her up okay?"
"Yup." They all said.
I was worried about Christina, I should probably get her some help. I sure as hell can't fix that mess in her head.
