"Hokage-sama!",
Shikamaru spoke loudly as he knocked on the door where The 7th was working tirelessly.
"Hm?", Naruto murmured when he heard him. "What is it, Shikamaru?"
"I've got some good news for you", the assistant said intriguingly enough to elate the blond guy behind the door.
Shikamaru came in without asking as he went to the Hokage desk.
"He's in the village."
That was all he said with a light smirk on his face because he knew how it will affect Naruto's work.
"W-who..?", The Seventh asked in tense, looking away from his computer and straight up to Shikamaru's smug smile.
"What do you mean 'who'?
...Uchiha Sasuke, of course."
By hearing that, Naruto straightforward stood up and was going to walk out of the room.
"HE IS?", the blond boy asked unbelievably as Nara nodded in approval.
"I thought you'll want to kno-"
"Shikamaru.. tell everyone who asks for me that I'm very busy, y'know!", and he went god knows where with a visible urge, running like it was the end of the world, leaving all the work to the laziest assistant ever.
"Ugh, how troublesome..", he face palmed himself but also being glad Naruto felt happiness, other feeling than pressure at work.
