“Where's Sooyoung?” Emperor Hyunshik asked, before he took his seat in the royal dining room.

It was rare of Sooyoung being late. He knew his daughter well more than anyone else, her punctuality could never be questioned.

“Your majesty, princess has just returned her quaters from the yard. She was practicing her sword skills.” Your court lady, Kyungshim replied. Her head bowed down deeply, not daring to meet the king.

Crowned prince, Yoongi just rolled his eyes at the her words. Little did he know, things weren't going to end the right way for Sooyoung tonight.

“How many times I've told her to behave herself yet she always tends to cross her line. She should be in the kitchen, learning delicacies from the royal chef. What the hell on earth is she doing?” 

Emperor Hyunshik grumbled to himself. “It can't be kept going on like this. She needs to be taught a lesson.”

He turned his sharp gaze towards Kyungshim, his eyes filled with anger and hatred. “Tell her to pack her bags. I'm sending her to Theron dynasty as the representative of Ceridwen.”

Kyungshim's eyes widened in fear after hearing what Emperor had said, which didn't go unnoticed by the prince.

“Are you sure about this, father?” Prince Yoongi said, silently hoping that his father would reconsider his decision of sending Sooyoung to Theron.

Knowing that how men there have no respect for women and just treat them for their own benefits. After all, she will always be his yonger sister that he had once loved with all his heart.

“Do you have any problem with my decision, Min Yoongi?” King spat at him, anger boiling his blood.

“Father, I understand you're angry. Sooyoung should not have gone against your word. But think about it, she's already twenty now.

We should not forget that she's not only the princess of Ceridwen but the future queen to be of Allyson dynasty.” Yoongi noticed his father's eyes soften a bit. He took a deep breath before continuing.

“She's engaged to the Crowned Prince of Allyson. It will be really insulting for them if you send Sooyoung to Theron as our dynasty's representative.

Whereas, it's the Crowned Prince's job to attend the annual meeting of the Kingdom association. I'll just go. Moreover, I'll talk to Sooyoung myself. I'll ensure she never go against your word.”

“Kyungshim, you may proceed to Sooyoung's chamber. Tell her that I'll be visiting her in a while.” She bowed at both of them before leaving or rather say, running towards your chamber.

Emperor leaved a deep sigh, gaining Prince's attention. “Is something worrying you, father?” Yoongi asked him softly, analysing the tired, hazel orbs of his father.

“Nothing serious, son. It's just that my life has changed drastically after my Yoona left me.” Tears pooled up in Hyunshik's eyes as he remembered the memories of his late wife.

“It all happened because of Sooyoung. But now even she's going to leave me. Time flies, Yoongi. I can't believe she's twenty already. It seems just yesterday when Yoona had given her birth. It was the happiest day of my life.

Who had thought I'll end up hating the person I loved so dearly, more than my life. It hurts so much to know that the reason behind my daughter's tears, is me, myself.

I tried to forgive her. I really did, but I just can't, Yoongi. I can't...” 

Hyunshik couldn't help but burst into tears as he buried his face in his palms. Yoongi, patted his back.
