Ishimaru could only see emptiness, a black void of some kind. Ishimaru expected it to be another dream but he woke up next to a sleeping Mondo, earlier than Monokuma's announcement. Ishimaru was confused, he didn't know why he had such a dream but he wasn't complaining it was actually nice that he didn't have a continuation of those dreams, he was just confused... Suddenly, he felt something move beside him and it way Mondo, he was awake.
"Hey bro..what you doin'?" Mondo said, rubbing his eyes a little still tired.
"Hey bro, I'm just thinking..." Ishimaru said, wondering how did he manage to have a normal dream for once.
"Wanna talk bout it?" Mondo asked Ishimaru, trying to help his bro out but that question only made Ishimaru tense up. He didn't know how to lie to him and he didn't want to lie to him but it was about his secret, how could he possibly tell someone about this?
"Uhm... Maybe later." Ishimaru said, noticeably nervous.
"Oh! Wasn't there something you wanted to tell me yesterday?" Mondo said, fully awake.
*ding dong bing bong* "Hey kiddos! Wakey wakey! Time to wake up!" Monokuma said through the speakers
"We can talk later," Ishimaru said rather quickly and headed outside to the cafeteria with Mondo following behind. Ishimaru felt nervous by the second... Aching to tell him but so scared to... It was a weird feeling but he shakedown that feeling away, he has more important stuff to take care of.
As he got to the cafeteria, Mondo went to a corner and stayed there leaning on the wall. Ishimaru looked around and made eye contact with Naegi. Naegi smiled at him and excused himself from the conversation he was having, heading towards Ishimaru.
"Hey Taka, Did my advice help you?" Naegi asked.
"Hello Naegi and, yes it did work I feel better. Thank you" Ishimaru said flashing a smile at him.
"Oh, I didn't do anything but your welcome" Naegi smiled at him and Ishimaru didn't say anything back for a while, leaving things awkward and Naegi left to go back to his friends.
Ishimaru didn't do anything other than stare at his bro, Mondo. Ishimaru was thinking about how he should tell him, should he say all of it? Should he keep it simple? Would that be lying? He was thinking and thinking until he gave up and decided to go all out. He's going to tell him. He's finally going to let it out. He couldn't wait.
Time was ticking. Ishimaru felt so tense but excited. As breakfast ended everybody headed to their rooms, Ishimaru followed Mondo, he expected to be noticed by him but Mondo didn't even look at him and so, he tugged at his sleeve to get his attention which made Mondo jump a little.
"Oh, hey Taka. What is it?" Mondo said, his shoulders less tense.
"Didn't I have something I wanted to tell you yesterday?" Ishimaru said.
