"Mom I'm bored....." I slumped in my chair as my pokemon Aron sighed. I had just moved to Galar from Hoenn a week ago and there was never much to do.

"Go out explore the town then!"

"I already did! Postwick is so small."

"Then go explore the next town!" My Mom snapped as she practically kicked me out of the house.

"Well I guess were off to the next town then" I said to Aron. And off we meant to route 1.

The route was had some of unfamiliar pokemon such as a squirrle like pokemon (My rotom phone registered it as Skwovet) and a bug pokemon (this one was called Blipbug).

I didn't have to much time to look at all the new Pokemon however I reached Wedgehurst quicker than I expected.

Wedgehurst was decent sized town (unlike Postwick) and had quite a few people walking around (also unlike Postwick).

"Gah! Come back here Scorbunny!" I suddenly noticed a flash of white and orange (most likely a pokemon) whiz past me. Two boys appeared to be chasing it but they were no match for the Pokemon's speed. Look like they needed help.

"All right Aron Rollout to chase after the Scor.. what was it?" It was so hard remebering all these new pokemon names.

Nevertheless Aron curled into a ball before racing to chase the Pokemon. But even with that the Scorwhatchamacallit was still faster. But Aron was now close enough to perform an attack to block its way.

"Rock Tomb!" Aron uncurled out of its ball immedatly before leaping into firing small bouders to block the Pokemon's way. The Pokemon slid to a stop before turning around to face me and Aron. It was a bunny (oh yeah its name was Scorbunny wasn't it) wlike pokemon with a mostly white body with orange on the top of ears and the tip of its toes. It looked at me innocently with its small eyes. It was actually adorable. But then it suddenly leaped into the air, jumping over Aron and stomped on my face with both feet.

"HOT HOT HOT!" Its feet were literally scorching. Its like someone put a hot frying pan on my forehead.

As I clutched my face in pain I heard someone hysterically laughing behind me and another saying "Are you alright?"

After the pain subsided somewhat I said "I'm fine"

The boy who asked if I was ok had purple hair and hazel eyes who now held a worried look. "Are you sure. Look at the marks on your face...." He gestured to a pole for me to look at my reflection.

They were two red marks on my forehead in the shape of the Scorbunny's feet. "GAH!" I clutched my face, this time in embarassment. I heard the other guy laugh even harder.

"Sorry that Scorbunny is a mischievous one..." A woman stepped up with silver hearts dotting her hair.

"You can say that again" The purple haired guy said. The last guy, with brown hair and a strange gray hat was now wiping his tears from laughing so hard.

"Anyways thanks for helping us catch that Scorbunny. These two boys were going to get a Pokemon but then this one ran off. One don't you come with and get one too?" The girl with silver hearts in her hair said.

"Ok but what your names? I hardly know you guys. I'm Miya by the way" I said slightly recovering from my embarassment.

"I'm Hop!" The purple haired guy said, pointng at himself proudly.

"I'm Sonia." The silver heart girl said.

"And I'm Victor!" The grey hat guy said, still chuckling softly. I pretended not to notice.

"Now that we all know each other, lets get going" Sonia said, picking up the Scorbunny before it could run off again.

We walked deeper into Wedgehurst until we reached a battlefield with a pokeball in the middle. Two other Pokemon were there, one was a grass type looking monkey holding a stick and another was a water lizard who looked it was on the verge of crying. They were both very cute.

"I wanted to go help you guys catch that Scorbunny but I forgot which way you went. You know me, I'm pants with directions." I turned to see who said that to see.....

"Cham-pion Le-on?!"

That's the first chapter! Forgot to mention- Miya's my OC and the rest are owned by Nintendo and Pokemon.
