Reader/Y/N'S POV You sat alone outside of the gym where the Karasuno team practiced, hearing the balls smack the ground, yelling and cheering you melted at the thought of your dear Kei, it was now exactly an hour before practice ended, you waited for what seemed like the longest hour in the world, grumbling you muttered "When is he gunna come out..." A few minutes after you had spoken a 188.3 cm (6' 2") blonde boy wearing strap around glasses walk out, you stood up being 5"10, looking at him pass you, you stood up and ran too him, and grabbed his hand, He was about to slap you before he realized you had feminine features, he rolled his eyes and looked down at you, staring into your eyes, you stared into his, red in the face you stuttered for a few seconds before blurting out "I LOVE YOU TSUKISHIMA KEI!!" You let go of his hand and covered your face to protect yourself incase he chose violence, which thankfully he didn't. He gave you a blank cold hearted stare and out his hands in his pockets, he scoffed and spoke, "I'll give you an answer tomorrow." His warm and soft voice calmed you down, you nodded and bowed before running off. He shook his head and continued walking back to his house.
Next Day
As Promised Tsukishima met you back outside of the gym after practice, he looked down at you again, just like yesterday. You screamed on the inside but looked as calm as a sloth on the outside, he gave a small smirk and patted your head, "I barely know you but sure... let's start as friends." You smiled with tears in your eyes, stepping forward and falling into his chest hugging him, he tried to squirm away slightly annoyed but you wouldn't let go, he sighed and hugged you back patting your back. Kei spoke with his handsome voice "Can you let go now you a—hole?" He rolled his eyes before you let go, and nodded, stuttering again you spoke to Kei "S-Sorry, I don't normally get friends, they all reject me" your smile turned into a nervous one, Kei patted your h/c hair and smiled, "Just shut up and follow me you loser." Grabbing your hand he tugged you along and by his side.
2 Hour time skip.
You and him ended up at the walking mall, he slowly lit up with joy almost running to the sweets shop, he kinda forgot you were still there, Never mind he forgot I was still there (changing the writing style a lil sorry) Dragging you to the sweets shop you watched as other couples held hands and/or kissing, you sighed before being yanked into the sweets shop, Kei ordered as you dozed off into space and looked out the big bay window that displayed the sweets/the discount prices.You sighed as Kei ordered two strawberry short-cake's, yanking you again he sat you down and sat down himself and gave you a spoon, you finally decided to come back to reality you giggled, "Aw thanks Kei." He had a special little green dinosaur on the top of his short-cake, and you had a blue one, his was a T-Rex and yours was a triceratops, lovely. You were finally with your crush since 1st grade, you two had been in the same grades ever since Pre-K. Finally you had the common sense to fall in love with Kei, why? At the first day of 1st grade he picked up a pencil for you, a pencil. yOU FELL IN LOVE BECAUSE HE PICKED UP A PENCIL FOR RLEHKWEBEGEKBE 😡 Dumba— Anyways.
