night two: i didnt shift either, but i had the weirdest dream, i dreamt about being with the umbrella academy-but i guess thats what happens when you loose your concentration and start thinking about how hot Aidan Gallagher is, like miss gurl what your tryna get too hogwarts not the umbrella academy (at least not yet ;)
night three: i didn't shift, i fell asleep bahahahhah. ok im going to put as much effort in as possible . i am going to tryyyyyyyy tomorrow- i'm out

so i didnt shift over the weekend. but on monday i was bored so i decided to try the julia/i am method-because that one has got me the closest. and so i was counting- i think i had got to about 85 and i started seeing a flashing white light behind my eyelids. i felt kinda scared but i carried on. the flashing got faster and faster until it stopped flashing, all there was left was a white light- an this light was extremely bright. so by now i was at number 90 and then i started feeling this warmth and it started in my chest and spread to my fingertips and toes. and then the light just stopped. and i felt really hot- like when its summer and its boiling outside, or when its summer and i have one of my dance classes. has anyone else had anything like this? let me know xx
