IM BACK MOTHERF*CKERS!!!!

omfg I am honestly so sorry that I literally havent been on here in months but my friend convinced me to start again and gave me ideas so shout out to you even though you don't have a wattpad account but yeah let's get started !! :)))))

There was no point in going back to sleep for 20 minutes before the other campers woke up, so Nico just sat on the edge of his bed and threw on new clothes. Er, the exact same clothes, just another, cleaner pair. He didn't want to admit it, but he wanted to look decent for his archery lesson with Will.

He was so excited he could barely breathe. Will's eyes shined like the sun, his hair glistening like its rays. Nico looked down at his hands and sighed. 'There is no way someone like him could love someone like me,' Nico thought. With his seemingly "emo" look and personality, there is no possible way he could be with the bubbly happiness that is Will Solace. 'I mean, they say that opposites attract, which is sometimes true, but we are polar opposites. Literally,' he thought. He snapped out of it. 'We are just friends right now. Don't let these negative feelings get in the way of this.'

But Will did grab his hand. Good Apollo, Nico just didn't know how to feel.

He got up and walked outside and over to breakfast. He tried to eat a little more than he had been because Will had told him that it would make him happy to see Nico eat. So this time, instead of eating half a slice of toast, Nico had a whole slice of toast. Once he finished, he got up and walked over to the schedule of the day. Apparently, archery was after sword fighting, so he would go there first, take a break, and then he would finally see Will. Chiron wasn't allowing the people who fought severely to take more than two or three classes per day because they were still recovering.

So Nico went to sword fighting for an hour. It wasn't that bad. He kind of enjoyed it actually. The instructor's name was Almanzo and he was from the Ares cabin.

As time crept on, the skeletal butterflies in Nico's stomach began going crazy. He had a break for 30 minutes, and during that time he just wandered around the camp watching everyone else. Everyone was in a happy mood and Nico even found himself smiling.

Because once the second class started, everyone would be rushing to get to wherever their class was going to be held. So, Nico chose to walk over to the archery range just to have an extra few minutes alone with Will before the campers came pouring in.

He walked into the archery range and saw Will sitting on the bench fiddling with his bow. Nico knew that he had a tendency to be quiet and startle people, so he called out to him before walking over.

"Hey." Will looked up. The corners of his mouth curved up, his dimples showing, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

Will stood up. "Hey, stranger. Long time no see," he said with a wink.

Nico blushed. "Yeah, uh, last night was really beautiful, huh?"

"Yeah. We should do that again some time," said Will. Nico's stomach did a flip flop at the thought of going there with Will again.

"Uh, yeah..." Nico's voice trailed off leading into a slightly awkward silence.

Will scratched the back of his head. "So, you excited to learn archery? It's your first time, right?"

"Yeah, definitely. And yeah it's my first time. I'm kind of nervous."

"Well, don't worry. You with your freakishly long and nimble fingers will do just fine. Not to mention the fact that you just so happen to have the greatest archery coach of all time." As he said this, Will pretended to flip his hair. Nico couldn't help but smile.
