My Possessive Alpha

Chapter 4

Allison's POV
"What the f*ck are you doing here?!" Cole demands angrily.

"I'm collecting what's mine," Jayden, or I guess Jayden's wolf, since his eyes are dark, says.

"Woah, woah, woah. Back the truck up. I'm not going ANYWHERE with you," I say, and Jayden's wolf narrows his eyes. "Oh, but I think you are," he says. I snort. Jayden looks at me, pure rage burning in his eyes, grabs me in his arms tightly, and stomps twice.

The second time he stomps, 4 wolves come out and pin Cole to the wall, one with a knife in his hands. My eyes widen. They're going to kill Cole!

"No!" I scream, as the wolf with the knife moves the knife closer to Cole's jugular. "Stop!" I thrash and kick in Jayden's arms. "No! Don't hurt him!"

Jayden motions for them to stop with a free arm, his other still holding me tightly. They do, and Jayden turns to me.

"Come with me," he says. I glare at him. "Never," I say. "Come with me or I'll kill Cole, your only brother and one of your best friends," Jayden says.

My eyes widen. He wouldn't really kill Cole, would he?

"Just so you know," he whispers in my ear. "I would kill him. I would kill your best friends. H*ll, I would kill your whole pack! And I would enjoy every beautiful minute of it. They would die slowly, begging me for their lives. And you, you would be there, watching the whole thing."

I turn to Jayden and give him a look of disgust. I was mated to a monster!

"But," he says. "Come with me, and that won't happen." I look over at Cole, whose eyes are wide in fear. "Don't!" He yells. "Don't go with him!"

I turn away, tears brimming in my eyes, and start to walk away with Jayden. The wolves holding Cole drop him, and walk with us.

"No! Please! Please, sis, don't go with him!" Cole yells. I bite my lip to stop from exploding from tears at the heartbreak in his voice, and I continue to walk with Jayden. I get in his car that's parked outside of my house, and we drive away.

I see Cole run out of the house, and break down in the middle of the driveway.

And then, the tears came. I started crying hard as we drove away.

And then I heard it. The howl. It was a mixture of heartbreak, pain, and betrayal. But it wasn't only Cole. There were 4 wolves howling along with him.

Riley, Kat, Will, Quinn, Cole. All howling that howl that made me try to get out of Jayden's car and run to them.

"It's no use," Jayden says coldly. "You can't break the windows and the doors are locked."

He's a monster. Why would the moon goddess ever pair me with such a monster like this?
