What happened in Aberdine?

chapter two

He is tall,blonde and he looks frightfully familiar. I sit soaked. My copper red hair sits on my shoulders. I am not excited for when my hair dries, it's going to be a curly mess.But I have more things to worry about right now. I pick up my things and start fumbling through the woods, and he follows me. I walk faster hoping that he will realize i don't want him to come with me. He yells " where are you going?", i try not to make it obvious that i already hate him. " oh um i kinda don't need anyone to come with me, i travel alone. Sorry'' and yes i know that did not answer his question but i don't even know where i am going yet, and to my relief he does not follow me.

This forest, everything looks the same. I don't think i have eaten in days. I stop running and hide in some kind of berry bush. Now that I have found a place to sit for a while i can tell you why I'm running.

We live in the city of Alberdine well i used too but now i'm on the run. Since i was young i had known that my family wasn't completely abiding by the law, and as i grown up i had came to accept that. Maybe i excepted it a little too much. My family, they used to help innocent prisoners out of the dungeons since they were the cleaners of the castle. A lot of people are fault accused in Alberdine . But once i had turned 16 my parents sent me on my first "rescue" mission. As you can probably figure out it did not turn out the way we thought.

I was in. I was in the castle, and i came across my sister. She was the one i was supposed to be rescuing. She looked at me. Pure hope and joy in her eyes. She couldn't hold it, she shouts "Liz!". Her expression quickly turns from hope to complete devastation as she realises what is about to happen.

A tall blonde man runs down the hall way and makes direct eye contact with me. Then turns and looks at my sister. Was he going to take me away and keep me locked up like my sister? Was he going to let emily out? I had know idea what was going on. He runs back down the hall way, looks around for a second and waves his hand at me. Why is he waving at me. Is he that stupid, is he saying hello to me? Then i realised...

He was telling me to go, but i couldn't, i can't let emily stay locked up, He starts shouting at me to run, i look at my sweet sister and say "i'll be back, don't worry" and i run out of the dungeon. I hear shouting. They must have taken the blonde boy away for letting me go. Why would he do that? I don't know him, he had no reason. i kept running and running from that castle and i could hear the guards chasing me.

The boy. The one from the castle, the one from the... The lake!
