chapter 14 : show time

"Jimin hurry up baby we will be late to the dinner,"  Taehyung knocked on the bathroom door for Jimin to hurry up. "Must be a business dinner that is important to Taehyung.' Jimin thought. "okay baby gimme a minute I'm done ," Jimin said as he dabbed his nose one last time. Jimin was wearing a light blue dress shirt with black pants while Taehyung was wearing a darker blue with black pants. talk about couple goals. "lets go baby ," Taehyung exclaimed as they entered their car with him being the driver for the night.

"jungkook come here and help me set the table , the guests will be here soon." jin called jungkook to help him. jungkook softly hummed and set the table beautifully," but who are the guests Jinnie?"  jk was so curious. you'll see when they will be here. as if on cue the doorbell rang. 

"welcome taehyung ssi, welcome jimin ssi",  jin greeted his guests as the couple entered the house. jin is a sharp man. he noticed how jimin and jungkook visibly paled at the sight of each other. jin was 90% sure of his doubts. his neck and ears turned red in anger but his eyes were showing absolute sympathy for taehyung who looked so happy with his husband. the boy was so much in love and jin did not have the heart to say anything but he had to, at one point, tonight. 

jimin was losing his mind clearly as his eyes met jungkook's . he was cursing his fate. out of all people taehyung had to be friends with jungkook's husband. why god why. this was bound to happen. he was a sinner and he was ready to apolozise. he had hurt tae  but he didn't even know. he was not ready to lose taehyung. 

" wow Seokjin you really lived upto your fame, everything is cooked perfectly. i am so full, right babe?" he looked at a very pale jimin. 

"ye-yeah,its good. mhm thanks seokjin ssi" jimin meekly said . 

"jimin are you okay baby?" taehyung was super concerned. meanwhile jungkook had not said one word. 

jin also noticed the necklace on taehyung's neck , the exact same on he found in jk's pocket. it was about time he thought he should ask his husband.  he was afraid of the consequence. he knew what was right at that point even if it hurt them. thing was about to go down. they were ships in the night that  had been sailing but eventually had to come back to the shore.
