Error was out of the hospital at home.They entered the house as Ink decide to shower as Error put Paperjam to sleep in a crib Ink created. He went to the bedroom which is where all bedroom is right next to a bathroom.Error just sat at the bed until Ink came out of the bathroom.

To Summarize the last part it Basically Dream thinking that Paperjam isn't Ink kid until Paperjam opened his eyes and Blue decided it's a good idea to poke him which made Paperjam cryed and woke Error up.
