Said Tsunade walking into the operation room and Sees Samual shot wounds and shake her head and say " oh ,babe you're lucky she's not here." Said Tsunade getting out her doctor equipment for surgery

Samual sees uncle Joe and hugs " uncle Joe, is that you?" Ask Sam hugging his favorite uncle " yeah it's me Bud, look I gotta show you something." Said Joe Reagan motion his head foward, they both start walking and they saw the cartels and then Sam walks backwards stumbles and then say" what's this?" Ask Samual point towards the cartels, " they are peace cartels, nothing like the modern cartels today." Said Joe " so why you want show me this?" Ask Sam " the leader wants to talk to you." Said Joe, Samual sit down next to the peaceful Cartel's leader " you are the guy who's hunting down the modern day Cartel's, look those people are disgracing our Cartel's name." Said Leader of the Cartel's Samual confused " what you mean disgraced it, I thought you guys were threatens everyone ever since you guys started thing." Said Sam " yes we did but what we realized that we need peace, so we started to becoming the Peaceful Cartel's. But now today's generations Cartel's are disgracing it." Said Leader " what you want me to do then?" Ask Samual " tell the current Leader to stop and peace the cartels." Said Leader. Then everything went white

Back In the real world;

Sam wakes up and gasp and see Tsunade and get nervous " hey honey, what are you doing here, what happened?" Ask Samual got up to sit but winced " easy, you're injured and you got shot during the shootout with Two guys from Cartel's, and I got here for your surgery after all I am your doctor. " Said Tsunade pushing Sam down " true, so where's my family?" Sam Looking around his room " they're outside waiting for you." Said Tsunade Sam nods and then the entire family got in and Nicky hugs him and punch him in the arm " what was that for?" Ask Samual clinch his arm " scaring me and my new boyfriend." Said Nicky " well you're boyfriend sucks and you are dumping him tomorrow end of discussion." Said Smaual close his eyes Nicky storms out of the room " sweetie, are you okay?" Ask Erin to her son " yea, I'm fine mom so what happened?" Ask Samual sitting up successfully " well, after three of us shoot the cartels, we fix the house and we came here to see you." Said Jamie " did you two ID the guys?" Ask Samual getting his glasses " yea, the names are donico and Felix, major work for these two idiots." Said Danny " yea, I remember them, they were guarding the cartels daughter. I couldn't get pass them but they're easy to fool." Said Samual " so what we do now?" Ask Francis " can you hand me my phone mom?" Ask Sam to his mother and she nodded and give her son his phone. He called Gina again and she answered " so, how was the recovery?" Ask Gina " you send Tsunade of all people to recover me?" Ask Smaual in annoyed " she's the only doctor in you're Harem, sam besides Stephen." Said Gina Samual nods in silence " where's my stuff?" Ask Sam to Gina " at your grandparents house and really you need all of that?" Ask Gina looking over his stuff which is expensive for both military and Government " yes, if I'm going up against the Cartel's again." Said Smaual " Kay good luck, and come back to my office after this mission." Said Gina " you got it boss." Said Smaual hangs up his phone.

Samual walks out of the hospital and he sees his ex Girlfriend Cynthia (who is the daughter of the Cartel) who is taking a visit in US. Samual walks up to her and say " well, well, if isn't the Cartel's Daughter." Said Samual with smile and Cynthia with annoying look " well, Smaual surprise to see you here out of all places." Said Cynthia " grew up here, never left, anyway where's you're guards don't see them anywhere." Said Smaual looking around his surrounding "Daddy trust me okay, besides I can take care of myself." Said Cynthia checking on her phone " yea right, you nearly cut you're self when we had sex on your bed that night." Said Smaual shaking his head " shut up, daddy don't know about this and I like to keep it a secret." Said Cynthia " whatever see you later Cynthia."
