Yep, you read the title right. Snowfall time! But first I want to tell you how I am trying to improve.
So sometimes when I see a drawing someone made I really like, I'll screenshot it and quickly trace it (I don't post any of these). This gives me a idea of how I should try to draw it. After, I redraw it myself, most likely a few times, so then I get muscle memory for it. And yeah. So that's what I did for this.

I had no idea about what I should do for the background, so I tried to make a snowstorm. I found out that I'm terrible at backgrounds. Ok see you later.
