I woke up in my bed waiting for the sweet smell of breakfast, but I didn't find myself smelling it."Mommm!...Daddd!...?", I shouted out. I could sense they were like gone! This got me worried. "Where could they be?",I thought. I went to the kitchen where I found a note on the table.I opened it and I read "Dear Edeline sweetie, we're sorry we left so sudden,but we had an argent vacation trip we needed to take.We hope you forgive us and stay safe. Here is a credit card to help yourself while we are gone and spend it wisely ,love mom and dad".Edeline was devastated that her parents left so quickly out of the blues. She blushed her tears off and went to do her morning routine. Edeline took her liquid eyeliner and drew her cat eyes and she top it of with mascara. Her eyelashes fluttered like a butterfly. She didn't like putting on lipstick because she couldn't stand the feeling . As she putted her boots on to finish her outfit; there was a bright shining light coming through her window in her eyes . "Ow my eyes!",she squinted.
Edeline looked out of her window to see what was going on. A shining house had just appeared across from her house. She said in her mind"is this earth trying to play tricks on me?",looking very constipated. Edeline has always been a nosy girl. Of course, she's going to go snoop in the house as she was thinking. She grabbed her old vintage backpack and stuffed random essentials . Her parents were gone, so she thought "why not break some rules!,my parents ditch me anyway". She was ready to see what or who was in the mysterious house.
"The door...knob", she thought. She touched the glistening doorknob and it opened to this wonderful majestic house. There was a fireplace where she first saw as she walked in. A few books were scattered around on the floor. She picked one up and saw that it said"Lanthium Weapon guidebook ". She was awkwardly confused on what she just saw,but she just set the book aside. A guy came out downstairs reading a book in his hands. The first look of him was his glasses. It made a huge statement on him that he might be the smart nerd type. " Who might you be ?" , she said. He looked up at her and smiled . She saw him smile and replied " Why are you making that face?". Stay tune for more of the first chapter!....😊
