It was a Saturday morning in Saffron Falls, the weather was fairly cold and the wind was blowing. Euphoria and her parents were packing their bags to move to Elysian, a place across the country.
"Euphoria did you pack your things yet darling?" yelled Amanda, Euphoria's mum.
"Yes mum, I did."
This wasn't Euphoria's first time to move, as a matter of fact Euphoria moved to two other cities before Saffron Falls. Euphoria was starting eighth grade at the time, so she had to start a new school in a different city. It was a new start for Euphoria and her family.
After Euphoria loaded up her bags in the car, they had an hour left before the train could leave, so her mother told her to check for the last time if she had forgotten any thing behind. Euphoria went to her room to inspect if she had left anything behind.
"oh my, this place looks uninhabited" whispered Euphoria to herself. "I'm going to miss you my dear room, I can't believe the day I say goodbye had come."
Euphoria slowly approached her dog Ginger. She gave him a tight hug.
"Ginger" mumbled Euphoria, "you know I won't trade you for the world's gold" cried Euphoria. "I'm sure the maids will take care of you. I can try to convince my parents for the last time" exhilarated Euphoria
"Mum" yelled Euphoria while rushing to her mother.
"Mum can we please bring Ginger with us, I- I will do anything please" cried Euphoria.
Amanda looked at Ginger in grieve.
"I'm sorry Euphoria, its not likely for them to allow pet's on the train-"
"Sorry to interrupt mother, but dad said Ginger can come, since the queen felt sorry for Ginger" added Louis, Euphoria's older brother.
"Well that's Amazing" said Amanda
Euphoria felt relieved and lucky to have her best friend with her throughout this journey.
They all boarded the train after they left their home in grieve.
"Alright, Elysian here we come" humorously yelled Alexander.
"Very well dad" giggled Euphoria.
They traveled in silence. The train was superior. The Liebenberg's were related to the queen. Louis slowly shut his eyes, and in a matter of seconds he fell asleep. Furthermore Ginger fell asleep on Euphoria's arms. Euphoria opened the window slowly only to feel Saffron Falls cold crisp breeze that made her shiver in joy every time she felt it. She felt like she couldn't be any happier at that moment, so she closed her eyes while feeling the cold breeze, in spite of she was petting Ginger at the same time!. It felt like heaven on earth.
"Euphoria, Euphoria, wake up" hissed Alexander.
"Dad, I'm trying to sleep" mouthed Euphoria while yawning.
"I came to tell you something amazing silly, there's a deck at the back of the train" added Alexander.
Euphoria widely opened her eyes in excitement. She rushed to the back of the train, as she delightedly opened the deck's door. She was shocked by the beauty of the mountains around her. The train was moving rapidly so the wind was heavy but amazing, she loved the nature. Euphoria felt so spirited and alive.
