I was heading to training ground eleven to meet up with teammates. Today instead of missions, Mizuko-sensei was having us do some training. Walking, I accidentally bumped into someone, causing me to fall to the ground.

"Sorry, my bad wasn't paying attention," I said, wiping the dirt off my pants while starting to stand up.

"It's fine. You're not hurt, are you?" They asked.

My eyes widened, recognizing that voice. I looked up to see Naruto standing in front of me.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Naruto. It was just a small fall," I said, smiling at him.

"Well, glad your ok, " Naruto said. "Anyway, where are you off to this morning?" He asked.

"I'm off to meet my team for training was running a little late since I was distracted thinking about a conversation I had with my guardian," I replied, thinking about Anko's response last night about my father.

"I see. I was just heading to meet up with my team for a mission," Naruto said. "Also, what did you and your guardian talk about?"

"It was about my father. My mom left a letter before she died saying he was a leaf shinobi. That is why I came here to find him, but The Hokage said he had left, so I asked my guardian if she knew anything about him, but she gave me a vague answer, just thinking about why she and the hokage were hiding information on him," I replied.

"Oh," he said.

"Anyway, don't worry about it. I'll just see if there's anything on him later at the library. I better get going. See you later."

I then ran off to continue making my way to the training ground.

**

"Hey," I greeted, arriving at the training ground.

"Why are you late?" Mizuko-sensei asked.

"Sorry was thinking about a conversation I had with my guardian named Anko last night."

"What was so important about the conversation that had you so distracted?" Akira asked.

"I asked her if she knew my father, and she gave me a vague answer that was just curious about why," I replied.

"Oh, the person you came to look for after your mom died?" Kaito asked.

"Yeah, anyway, what are we doing today?" I asked.

"Yeah, what are we doing, Mizuko-sensei?" Akira asked.

"Today, we're working on your chakra control by climbing trees without using your hands, just charka from your feet," Mizuko-sensei replied.

"What?" Kaito said, confused.

"She means focus chakra to the sole of your feet, then try walking up the tree," I explained.

"That's correct, Kei. Now, that was explained. Go pick a tree and use these kunai to mark how far you get each time," Mizuko-sensei said, tossing each of us a kunai.

We then each picked a tree and got ready to start training.

I closed my eyes and began focusing chakra on the sole of my feet. I then opened my eyes and started walking up the tree.

I looked to my left and saw Kaito walking up the tree until he was pushed back, causing a piece of bark to break. Meaning he used too much chakra.

Then to my right saw, Akira saw walking until she slipped and fell. Meaning she didn't use enough.

I shook my head, realizing I should focus are I lose my control and fall.

"Akira, you need to use more chakra. Kaito, you are using too much. And Kei stay focused are you lose control," Mizuko-sensei said.

I nodded and focused back on climbing th tree until I fell halfway up, marking my spot.

'I made It halfway but started losing my focus again.'

"Let's do this again but must stay focused," I muttered, starting to focus chakra to the soles of my feet again.

**

After four hours of training to climb the tree. I got a little bit past halfway. At the same time, Kaito and Akira were almost halfway.

"Alright, that's enough training for,
today you are all free to do whatever you want," Mizuko-sensei said. "Kaito, make sure to be home before dinner if you're not coming home with me after picking up your sister and brother from the Academy."

"No, I'm going to get some Ramen for lunch with Akira," Kaito said.

"Okay, see you later then, son. I go get your brother, then head home and see how the twins are doing that are being watched by the babysitter," Mizuko-sensei said, disappearing in a swirl of leaves.

"I'll see you two later. I'm going to head to the library and do some research," I said.

"Alright, Kei, good Luck on whatever you are researching," Akira said.

"Thanks," I said, walking off to the library.

**

I was sitting In the library reading one of the books I found on ninja history. So I found nothing on my father.

"Okay, this book is just talking about the village's founders," I said, closing the book.

'There has to be something in one of these books. If not, the only option is to either find someone who will give me a real answer about my father or sneak into the Hokage office and find his file. I just need to know who he is. Not knowing makes me feel so empty inside.' I thought, walking over to the bookshelf, looking for another book

"What's this," I muttered, grabbing a that was in the history section. " Legendary Sannin."

'A book about legendary three ninjas? This might have something on my father.'

I opened the book and began reading it. My eyes widened seeing my father's name in the book.

'So my father is one of the sannin.' I thought, standing up.

"I check this out and continue reading it at home to see if there is anything else about him in here," I muttered, walking over to the checkout desk.
