Death and Training?

LAST TIME ON BUTTERSCOTCH- You, Jonathan, and Speedwagon confront Dio and things are about to get bad.

"We need to get out of here n-" you try to warn them but you feel a warm liquid splash onto your face as the head of the polices' head gets blown to bits, leaving his lifeless body to fall to the ground. You sit there in shock.

'W-what the fuck..' You look over at the body laying next to you. You cast your gaze upwards and see Dio staring at you with a crazed smile. You scramble off of the floor and run over to Speedwagon and the others, clearly shaken. Speedwagon protectively pulls you towards him, knowing you must have seen Dio. Speaking of the man, he dramatically drops from his hiding spot into where the window once was.

"What!? How is he still alive?!We loaded him with bullets!" one of the armed men screams in fear. Speedwagon clutches you closer to him as his mouth hangs agape at the sight before him. You hear them all scream about killing Dio as Jonathan holds a gun to him.

'I'm just going to have to kill him here and now,' you calm down some and try to think up a strategy, your bad habit of not paying attention to the world around you kicking in. A gunshot rings through the air making you look up to see Dio with a bullet wound in his head. He feels the wound, feels the blood in between his fingers, and licks it off his hand, making you grimace in disgust. You pull yourself away from Speedwagon, who's currently losing his shit.

"He's not dead, even after that," his mouth hangs open in shock, " I don't understand. This can't be happening!"

Everyone stands frozen for a moment before Dio speaks up, " JoJo! This marvelous power comes from the mask and your fathers blood!" he yells, launching himself into the air and then plunging two fingers into one of the men's heads, lifting him off the ground. The man begins to shrivel up  and Dio laughs.

"He's sucking the life out of that man! " Jonathan states the obvious, " Dio! What have you become, you monster." Everyone aims their guns at Dio, though they're useless, making him look at all of you, his red eyes glistening with bloodlust.

Dio launches the now dead man at two other men, killing them upon impact. Speedwagon screams as the arm of one of the men nails him in the stomach making him cough up blood and collapse to the ground.

Dio let's out a visible cold breath and hangs off the ceiling like a bat. Jonathan stands unmoving, lip quivering, not knowing what to do. You walk over to him and shove him towards an armor stand containing a swords.

You whisper to him, "We have to kill him, Now." He finally gets some sense back and grabs the swords out of the holster.

"No! The two of you stop! I've never seen any power of that magnitude before!" Speedwagon warns from his spot on the ground.

You shoot him a quick grin, covering up your own nervousness, " Don't worry, Robert, we got this covered." He let's out a worried sigh as a response.

"I too, feel the surge of fear, " Jonathan says, pointing the spear at Dio, " But, Dio! I'll finish you myself! "

"Jonathan! Stop, he'll murder you!" Speedwagon desperately calls out, giving a last attempt at trying to knock some sense into the two of you. Jonathan stands there for a moment, contemplating what to do next. Twitching before coming to life again, the once dead man from before sits up and starts crawling over to Speedwagon. He screeches as the creature places a hand on his face, trying to rip it off. You immediately turn around to see the scene and take as much hamon as you can and surround it around your fist. You punch the vampire in the back of the head as hard as you can, the large concentration of hamon disintegrating it almost immediately.
