Natsuki's POV
______________________
It's midnight now, I stopped talking to Yuri a while ago, but something tells me I just need to stay awake. Like something interesting is going to happen. It's raining out. With the reason I'm staying awake it feels like I'm in a movie or something. Maybe a book, a lot of the books Yuri has convinced me to read start out somewhat like this. I heard a thud inside the house. Probably just Papa struggling to get out of bed for a midnight snack. It wasn't until I heard I muffled scream that I knew something was wrong.
I quickly sat up and barged into my fathers room to check out what was happening. It's Yuri, well, Yuri in that mask. But it's still Yuri! "Who are you!?" I yelled, i'm pretty sure Yuri doesn't know that I know that she's behind that mask. She looked up and at me. "Who I am is none of your concern," She finally got tired of my father's struggling and striked him on one of his pressure points, knocking him out. "But what I'm here to do is something you can ask about." She said getting off my father and tying him to the bed. "Okay, what are you here to do then?" I asked watching her straighten herself. "To take your father to jail. He's a suspect in a few drive-by shootings, and," I heard her growl. "I know what he's done to you as well." She said, anger flared in her voice. She pulled out a piece of paper and wrote down something before setting it beside my father and using her phone to call 911. "Since your father will be taken into custody, I suggest you head to a relative or friend's house and take shelter there Natsu- I mean girl, that I have never seen before!" I giggled. She almost gave herself away. "Hey, Yuri?" I said, I wanna see if she messes up. "Hm? Wait- SHIT!" She responded to her name! I began wheezing and laughing.
After I calmed down I walked over to Yuri. "I know your behind that mask Yuri." I said slowly taking it off of her. Yuri looked away from me. "I messed up b- big time, h- huh?" She asked, her normal shy persona returning to her. I giggled. "Yes, yes you did." I said with a small smile. She giggled nervously. "But, I know a way you can keep your secret safe with me." I added. She lit up. "Wh- what is i- it? I'll do an- anything!" She pleaded. "Anything huh?" I asked slyly. She nodded. She must be desperate. "Then be my girlfriend." I said smiling. She froze, before becoming a tomato. "Y- you mean it? Y- your not joking r- right?" She asked, becoming excited. I giggled at the fact she was getting so happy over some lame excuse for a confession. "I mean it-" I got cut off by Yuri pulling me into a kiss. It only lasted a few seconds, and it felt even better then I imagined. Yuri immediately apologized afterward. "I w- was out of line w- wasn't I? I'm so s- sorry!" She said blushing up all the while. I wrapped my arms around her. "It's fine. But we should probably leave before the cops show up." I said releasing her. She giggled and nodded.
The walk back too Yuri's house was silent, but, comfortable. Libitina greeted us at the door and let us in. Yuri left me in the living room to go tell her about what happened. A few minutes later she came back into the living room and sat down beside me. She cuddled up too me. "Man, I knew being your girlfriend would come with perks, but this is a whole extra level of amazing." I said resting my head on her boobs. Yuri giggled. "You h- have your p- perks as well." She stated. "Oh yeah, what perks are those?" I said looking up at her. Yuri cleared her throat. "Cute." She said blankly. "Wh-!? I am not cute!" I said crossing my arms. Yuri just chuckled lightly and wrapped her arms around me. "Calm d- down button." I blushed at the nickname she gave me. I mean, I was prepared for 'Nat' or 'Suki' or possibly even 'kitten' but 'button'? That's new. I have to admit, kind of like it. But I would never actually tell her that. I just grumbled and cuddled back up too her. I heard her giggle once more. I got an idea. "As payback for calling me cute," I started. "Lemme touch your boobies." Okay so the second half of that sentence sounded like I was an oblivious five year old, but I still got my message across. Yuri blushed up. "And w- why would I l- let you do that?" She asked. I hate doing this but, time to put my cute looks to good use. I gave Yuri puppy eyes. "Because your my girlfriend and I love you~" I said in a babyish tone. Yuri melted. "F- fine..." She said softly. I smiled. I might have to do that to her more often now that I know it works. I poked her boobs. They really are one hundred percent real. "Hm. SO I guess you just had a growth spurt when MC showed up." I stated mostly to myself. "Mhm. I still f- find it funny that y- you thought I had a c- crush on him l- last year." She said with a chuckle. "Hey! How was I supposed to know, I knew like next too nothing about you in out first year of highschool." I said crossing my arms. My phone rang. I grabbed the pesky device and picked up the phone.
(This is la entire phone call)
"Hello?"
"Hi, is this Natsuki Graham?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Your father was arrested a little earlier tonight. We thought you'd want too know."
"Oh, thank God, finally."
"'Thank God'? What's that supposed to mean, if I may ask?"
"Ah, it's nothing. When do I have to be at the police station to sort things out?"
"Show up anytime tomorrow and we'll get everything sorted out."
"Okay, I'll be there."
(End of the phone call)
I sighed, that added some stress onto my life. Yuri wrapped her arms around me. "It's ok- okay button. To- tomorrow's demons can be dealt with when it a- arrives. Tonight let's just have fun, okay?" She said calming me down a bit. "Okay, sounds like a plan." I said returning the hug. "Tomorrows gonna be a real shit storm huh?" I said trying not to think about it too much. Yuri giggled. "Mhm."
