Y/n pov
The second task finally came and I was as nervous as I can be. I haven't seen draco all day and my anxiety is not helping at all.
Draco's pov (from last night)
I just finished helping y/n with the clue for the second task. I was walking back to the common room when I saw professor mcgonagall walking straight to me, I heard those last words "I'm sorry but I have to do this" and blacked out.
Y/n pov
It was the next morning and the day of the second task, I get ready for everything and wore my bathing suit over my robe. I went to the hall to get some breakfast before we start. I quickly ate finish my food and went to where we are supposed to start the second task. I saw the other four champions either stretching or waving to the crowd that is cheering.
Dumbledore did the usual speech and he begin counting "3....2....1 GO!" I dive in to the large lake and quickly did the spell that would help me breathe. I kept looking up and down to see what is the item we are suppose to find, I kept searching and searching until I see about five things that looked like people so I quickly swim to that direction. What I found out that these were the items we were supposed to find. And I saw draco, he's legs were tied up so I quickly went to untie it, luckily I was the first to find them, soon after cedric came and was as shocked as I am. I finished untying the rope and carried him up to shore. When we were on the top of the ocean, he immediately woke up and looked around his surroundings and realised where he was. We quickly swim to the platform and they helped us up and gave us a towel each. Draco immediately asked what just happened, I told him about it and he was ofcourse, shocked. After that cedric came up, with cho. Den after that was fleur, but I don't see herittle sister anywhere, did she left her in there?!?! After that was krum and hermione. And lastly was suppose to be harry but I don't see him anywhere. Could he be..... Dead?!?!
But no. Suddenly, we saw fleur sister and Ron but where is harry? Then, we saw him come out of the water and landed on the platform face flat. Atleast he isn't dead. Dumbledore announced the winner and ofcourse it was me!
